Advanced level of English is a must. The knowledge of Spanish, German or French will be an advantage.

Ваші задачі:

• проводити повну операційну підтримку проєктів IVR-обдзвону клієнтської бази;
• щоденний моніторинг показників ефективності (воронка, конверсія, середній час обробки ліда, маржа);
• аналізувати наявної воронки обробки клієнтів: виявлення слабких місць, розробка та впровадження нових сценаріїв;
• запускати нових гіпотез, тестування сценаріїв, оптимізація процесів на основі зібраних даних;

• створювати звітності по ефективності проєктів та презентація результатів керівництву.
