Currently, we are looking for an experienced Middle Talent Acquisition specialist, who will work closely with our portfolio companies to hire the best talents for their team.
 

What you will do:

• coordinate full-cycle recruitment;
• proactively source for new candidates using various channels;
• conduct pre-screen calls and HR interviews to evaluate candidates based on their experience and cultural fit;
• gather and provide feedback to candidates during the hiring process;

Seeking an experienced VS Code extension developer to create and maintain a private productivity extension for internal engineering teams. What you’ll do

• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Laravel.
• Deliver in short cycles: ship → measure → iterate, with a focus on business impact and reliability.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL data stores (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB): schema design, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Contribute to event-driven architecture using AWS services like SQS/SNS (and related patterns).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, DevOps) to design and deliver customer-facing solutions.
• Maintain high engineering standards through:

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong skills in PHP and Laravel.
• Solid fundamentals: OOP, SOLID, DRY, common design patterns, and version control with Git.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native patterns (e.g., S3, ECS, RDS; bonus for CloudFront/Route53/EC2).
• Strong database skills across SQL + NoSQL, including query optimization and performance mindset.
• Comfortable in Docker-based environments and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ for collaboration and documentation.
• Language bonus:
  • Swedish is a strong plus (conversational/professional level or native).
  • Ukrainian/Russian is a plus for smoother communication with part of the team from Odessa, Ukraine.

We’re looking for a Backend Developer (Laravel) with around 3 years of experience who enjoys solving real production problems, supporting users and internal teams, and improving system stability.

This role sits close to production: you’ll handle incoming technical issues, investigate bugs and incidents, make safe fixes, and help us prevent repeat problems through better monitoring, automation, and documentation.

• Provide technical support for our product: investigate and resolve production issues, bugs, and user-reported problems.
• Triage incoming requests: clarify symptoms, reproduce issues, identify root cause, and communicate progress/status clearly.
• Fix backend issues in Laravel: implement safe, well-tested changes and deploy via our standard release flow.
• Work with databases (primarily SQL): analyze data issues, write/debug queries, and help prevent data integrity problems.
• Use logs, metrics, and tracing to debug effectively; improve observability (better logs, alerts, dashboards).
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth delivery and reliable operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by:
  • writing/supporting runbooks and internal documentation
  • automating repetitive support tasks
  • suggesting and implementing small refactors to reduce incidents
• Use AI tools to speed up debugging, writing documentation, creating test cases, and summarizing incidents—while keeping quality and security intact.
