Senior AI-Integrated Full Stack Engineer

About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing deep-tech startup building advanced solutions for monitoring large-scale critical infrastructure. Their technology combines innovative fiber-optic sensing with machine learning to turn existing optical fiber into a real-time distributed sensor, helping monitor infrastructure such as power grids, pipelines, railways, roads, and other critical assets.

We are looking for a Senior AI-Integrated Full Stack Engineer to join our client’s applications engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling their platform end-to-end — from intuitive frontend experiences to robust backend services and cloud infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

* Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications end-to-end

* Be part of an intensive transformation to modern AI work methodology using the latest AI models.

* Architect backend services and APIs and build modern, responsive frontend applications.

* Be part of complex technical discussions with the ability to contribute a major part to the discussion and decisions.

* Own features from concept to production

* Optimize performance, reliability, and security across the stack as well as promote engineering best practices

What You Bring

* 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

* Proven experience in development using AI as the main working tool.

* Proven experience with the relevant technologies and frameworks.

* Strong understanding of system design (experience with Chakra UI is an advantage), scalability, and cloud architecture

* Proven experience working with AWS in production environments

* Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

* You embrace change and learning on the go.

* Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.

Our Client’s Tech Stack

* Full stack: Next.js, NestJS (Typescript)

* System design: ChakraUI

* Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines

* Database: SQL / NoSQL (depending on service)

* Cloud: AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, etc.)

AI & Modern Engineering Expectations

Candidates must be proficient and up-to-date with the latest AI advancements, actively using AI-powered development tools (like Claude Code, Code Rabbit, or similar) to accelerate development, enhance code quality, and innovate product features where AI adds user value.

Nice to Have

* Experience with Spec-Driven-Development and methodologies to support full AI embracement

* Experience designing and developing microservices architecture.

* Experience with Python and Dash.

* Background in performance optimization and distributed systems
