We are looking for a strong growth operator to help us scale fundraising and grow our donor community.

This is not a generic marketing lead role.

We already run campaigns, work with influencers, and operate across multiple channels. What we need now is someone who brings a new view and new skills we do not yet have.

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with a strong backend focus to join our engineering team. The main stack is Node.js + React. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable backend systems, APIs, and integrations, while also being comfortable supporting frontend functionality when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js
• Design and build REST / GraphQL APIs
• Integrate third-party services and microservices
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Optimize backend performance, scalability, and security
• Support and maintain frontend functionality in React
• Participate in code reviews and technical planning
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Design teams

Requirements

Must-have

• 4+ years of experience with Node.js
• Hands-on experience with React
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and REST APIs
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Good knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience with Git workflows

• Understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelines

   

Nice to Have

• Experience with NestJS
• Experience with AWS or GCP
• Knowledge of Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
• Experience with microservices architecture
