Senior AI Solutions Engineer (Python) for US Online Media Platform

We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer with strong Python expertise and hands-on experience building production-grade AI systems, intelligent automation platforms, and agent-based workflows.

The ideal candidate combines solid backend engineering skills with practical experience designing scalable AI architectures, integrating LLM-powered solutions, and deploying secure, reliable AI systems into real production environments. The role requires a strong understanding of orchestration flows, memory and context management, tool integrations, and modern AI infrastructure, along with the ability to work independently in complex and fast-moving technical domains.

The team is building scalable and secure AI architectures with orchestration, memory management, integrations, guardrails, and production-grade operational capabilities. The role involves working on modern AI-driven systems that integrate multiple services, APIs, and intelligent workflows to support large-scale digital platforms and user interactions.
 

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience building production-ready AI systems and AI agents
• Deep expertise in Python
• Strong understanding of AI agent architecture, orchestration flows, memory, and guardrails
• Experience designing secure AI workflows with history, context management, and execution controls
• Experience integrating multiple APIs, external services, and complex workflows
• Strong understanding of scalable backend architecture and infrastructure
• Experience deploying and supporting AI systems in production environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and operational reliability
• Familiarity with cloud-native deployments on AWS
• Experience with observability, monitoring, and evaluation of AI systems
• Experience with LLM-based systems and modern AI tooling ecosystems
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar orchestration concepts is a plus
• Experience with AWS AgentCore is highly preferred
• Startup or innovation-focused engineering experience is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and drive technical solutions in complex domains
