We’re looking for a proactive Recruiter with experience in outsourcing and outstaffing to join our HR team. This role is for someone who loves the hunt, understands the tech and non-tech landscape, and knows how to build genuine relationships — with candidates and stakeholders.

🎯 Responsibilities

🔹 Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define ideal candidate profiles
🔹 Own the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding
🔹 Source candidates across platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referrals
🔹 Pre-screen, interview, and assess cultural fit and technical match
🔹 Manage candidate pipelines and keep stakeholders informed every step of the way
🔹 Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
🔹 Keep up with hiring trends, tools, and best practices in both IT and non-IT hiring

📚 Required Skills

✅ 2+ years of recruitment experience in outsourcing or outstaffing (IT and/or digital roles)
✅ Solid understanding of the tech ecosystem and hiring specifics across various domains
✅ Proficient in sourcing tools and ATS (we use PeopleForce)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Experience hiring in the EU market is a big plus
✅ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
✅ Fluent in English (spoken & written)
