In this role, you will:- Launch, optimize, and scale performance campaigns across DSP networks for the companyβs mobile products
- Manage large ad budgets with a focus on efficiency and growth
- Build, analyze, and automate DSP traffic buying through APIs or internal tools
- Design and implement a structured testing framework: creatives, GEOs, segments, targeting, bidding strategies
- Collaborate closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to maximize impact
- Monitor and analyze key metrics such as CTR, IPM, CPA, CPI, ROMI LT0/LT7, and retention
- Prepare detailed performance reports with test outcomes, traffic analysis, and scaling insights
- Communicate with DSP account managers, resolving technical and billing issues when needed

Itβs all about you - 2+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition within DSP / programmatic buying
