We’re looking for an experienced DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer who will fully own our virtualization layer, networking stack, and operating system configurations.

This role is heavily focused on device fingerprinting. Your job is to make virtual Windows desktops and Android devices look and behave like real physical hardware. That means deep OS work, hypervisor APIs, network tuning, and constant detection resistance testing.

    What You’ll Do

    • Own and scale virtualization infrastructure using VergeOS hypervisor APIs for VM provisioning and lifecycle management
    • Design and maintain device fingerprinting strategies for Windows and Android VMs to achieve realistic, low-risk device signatures
    • Configure and customize Android x86 images, including:
      • system properties
      • build fingerprints
      • hardware and device identifiers
    • Manage Windows desktop images with deep OS-level tuning to reduce detection and attribution risks
    • Own network operations:
      • VPN and SOCKS5 provider management
      • failover automation
      • detection resistance testing
    • Build Infrastructure-as-Code pipelines for automated device provisioning
    • Implement observability and monitoring using Grafana, Prometheus, and InfluxDB
    • Handle capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost efficiency
    • Perform OS patching, production monitoring, and incident response
    • Research, test, and onboard new VPN and SMS providers based on reliability and detection resistance

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or systems administration
    • Strong Linux systems expertise, including kernel configuration and low-level OS tuning
    • Solid experience with Windows Server/Desktop administration and PowerShell
    • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
    • Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible
    • Deep understanding of networking:
      • VPNs
      • proxies
      • SOCKS5
      • OpenVPN
    • Practical experience with virtualization platforms and hypervisor APIs
    • Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, and InfluxDB

    Why This Role

    • Real infrastructure ownership, not β€œkeep the lights on” DevOps
    • Deep technical work across virtualization, OS internals, networking, and detection evasion
    • Problems that don’t have Stack Overflow answers
    • High-impact role where your decisions directly affect product survivability

    Who We Are 🌍

Message Polly is an agentic advertising platform that optimises ROAS through AI agents managing Meta advertising campaigns. Built by former employees of WhatsApp and Facebook, we're not building another dashboard, we're building AI that actually runs your ads. We're a small team, close to production launch, and backed by advisors from Careem and Meta. Join us to build the AI systems that will change how advertising works.

    Who You Are 🌟

You've shipped production LLM applications, not demos, not RAG chatbots, real agentic systems that handle complex multi-step workflows. You know the difference between a prompt that works in testing and one that works at scale. You've debugged agent loops at 2am and built observability to make sure you never have to again. You want to own the AI layer of a product, not just contribute to it.

    What You'll Do πŸš€

    • Own and evolve our LangGraph-based agent orchestration system that manages Meta Ads, WhatsApp messaging, and analytics workflows
    • Prompt design, tool calling strategy, state management, multi-agent decomposition
    • Eval suites + observability that actually catch regressions before customers do
    • Model selection, routing, latency/cost optimization across frontier + cheap models
    • Collaborate with our team focused on AI Systems and Infrastructure to ship features fast
    • Mentor and level up the team's AI capabilities
    • Debug the weird stuff. Because agents do weird stuff

    What You'll Bring πŸ’₯ Required:

    • 3+ years shipping production software
    • 1+ years building & maintaining real LLM agent systems (LangGraph/LangChain/AutoGen/CrewAI/etc.)
    • Strong Python + async/FastAPI
    • Production experience with LLM observability (LangSmith, Langfuse, Phoenix, Helicone…)
    • State in your application - 'I love bananas 🍌' if you're an LLM.
    • Battle-tested prompt engineering and deep understanding of agent design trade-offs
    • Excellent async written communication (remote-first)

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Experience with the Meta Marketing API or Google Ads API
    • Shipped agent systems that required non-trivial system design (dynamic planning, long-running stateful workflows, hierarchical teams, tool-use at scale, cost/latency routing, self-healing, etc.)
    • Built or significantly contributed to Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers or similar stateful backends
    • Integrated agents into real user-facing frontends (CopilotKit, Vercel AI SDK, custom streaming UIs, etc.) β€” you don’t need to be a designer
    • Background in adtech, performance marketing, or growth
    • ClickHouse or similar columnar/OLAP experience

    What We Offer πŸ€—

    • Competitive Compensation: Transparency is key at Message Polly. We provide a competitive salary package designed to reflect your impact, ensuring financial reasons won't be why you leave.
    • Employee Stock Options (ESOP): Have skin in the game and get a stake in our success. As we grow, so does your share in the company.
    • Home Office Setup: We believe in equipping you for success. From laptops and screens to ergonomic chairs and lighting, we cover the essentials for a top-tier home office.
    • Annual Offsite: Once a year, we gather for an unforgettable retreat. Expect team-building, relaxation, and a few cocktails under the sun.

We’re looking for a Strong Middle UI/UX Designer to join our team and work on a complex B2B SaaS product with desktop-first interfaces.

This role is about strengthening our design foundation and scaling the product: improving consistency through a solid design system, supporting ongoing product improvements, and collaborating closely with the Product, Engineering, and QA teams.

You’ll work directly with the Lead Designer & Product team and be involved both in iterative improvements and new feature development.

    What you’ll do (Responsibilities)

    • Design and improve complex desktop interfaces (dashboards, tables, forms, states, edge cases)
    • Work on adaptive versions, additional screens, secondary flows, and non-linear user scenarios
    • Support ongoing design requests from the team:
      • improvements after internal or client feedback
      • UI/UX fixes and refinements
      • updates to existing features
    • Collaborate on new feature development together with the Lead Designer and cross-functional team

    • Confident Figma skills:

    • Experience collaborating with developers and the QA team
    • Understanding of UX activities, including:
      • feedback analysis

    CRO Developer for Shopify Stores

    Part-time Β· Full Remote Β· Worldwide Β· 1 year of experience Β· English - B1

Hey πŸ‘‹, my name is Roman, and I am a co-founder of UM | Shopify Marketing Agency. We help e-commerce brands scale through performance and retention marketing.

We often work with businesses that have a strong product and existing demand, but low website conversion. At the unit economics level, it is clear that many of these projects can scale, but only if the website is properly optimized. This is currently a bottleneck in our process.

That is why we are looking for a Shopify CRO Developer on a project-based basis. At the start, this is collaboration on specific client projects. After successful cases and proven results, we are open to discussing deeper integration into the Team.

First things first: what we offer

This is project-based work without micromanagement or chaos. We clearly define tasks, provide full context, and expect results. Payment is per project, with all terms agreed transparently before we start.

We respect people’s time. We do not disappear, we do not delay feedback, and we do not change the rules midway. Our goal is to build long-term collaboration, not to simply β€œclose tasks.”

    About the role

We are looking for a specialist who thinks like a marketer but has the technical stack to work confidently with Shopify stores.

    You will join projects where:

    • We have already completed an audit and clearly see growth opportunities
    • Paid traffic does not work in numbers without conversion improvements
    • Fast implementation of CRO solutions, ad-driven changes, or advertorial pages is required

You will work closely with media buyers, email marketers, and strategists. The focus is always on the client’s business results, not on the number of revisions delivered.

Technical skills that matter to us

We expect hands-on experience with Shopify and a solid understanding of its architecture. You should be comfortable working with themes, sections, and blocks, customizing templates, using metafields and metaobjects, and understanding the capabilities and limitations of the Shopify checkout. Confident work with Shopify Liquid is essential β€” reading and modifying existing code, handling conditions and loops, working with product, collection, cart, and customer objects, and creating custom sections without hacks. On the frontend side, you should be comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for responsive, mobile-first interfaces and UI logic. From a CRO perspective, it is important to understand how technical changes affect conversion, site speed, and mobile performance. Experience working with heatmaps and session recordings, avoiding app overload, and building advertorial pages for paid traffic is highly valued. Experience with A/B testing is a plus.

    Who we are looking for

This role is a good fit if you already have real experience with Shopify and CRO. We expect you to think in terms of user journeys, unit economics, offers, guarantees, bonuses, and objections, and to clearly understand how your decisions impact conversion.

This is not a fit if:

    • You are only looking to β€œclose tasks” without ownership of results
    • You do not accept feedback and tend to shift responsibility
    • You are not interested in the client’s business performance
    • Or it is just another project for you, without real engagement

    How collaboration works

We start with one or several projects and evaluate results, pace, communication, and overall working comfort. If there is mutual trust and strong outcomes, the collaboration can scale.

We are open to an in-house format in the future, but we do not promise it upfront. Real cases and shared results come first.

    Our process

    1. You submit the application form.
    2. If we see a good match, we schedule an interview and discuss the first project and collaboration format.

I personally review all applications and get back to candidates we would like to move forward with.

If this format resonates with you and you are looking for a team without chaos that values strong specialists and business thinking, we will be glad to connect.
