About the Role

In this position, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services that power slot content distribution, integrations, and supporting systems. You'll ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.

You'll collaborate closely with a cross-functional product and engineering team, contribute to application architecture, and help deliver reliable performance across multiple partner environments.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience as mid/senior back-end developer.
• Design, develop, and maintain server applications with a strong focus on PHP.
• Collaborate with your colleagues to improve and expand the functionalities of our back-end platform infrastructure.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Develop and optimize database structures and queries.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in PHP development (Symfony, or other frameworks is a plus).
• Experience with MySQL and/or MongoDB databases.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of full-stack development concepts and practices
   

Optional Skills

• Hands-on experience working with Ubuntu OS.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML5.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs

Requirements:
— At least 1 year of cold calling experience;
— Experience in IT or online services;

Responsibilities:
- Working Hours: Aligned with US time zones (e.g., 5 PM — 1 AM EEST);
- Proactive Outbound Outreach: Execute 50-70 cold calls daily to potential US clients across targeted industries (e-commerce, retail, manufacturing);
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify key decision-makers (Marketing Directors, E-commerce Managers, CTOs) and qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT framework);
- CRM Management: Meticulously log all call activities, notes, and lead statuses in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure a clean and actionable pipeline;
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the senior sales team with a clear handover of context and pain points;
- Script Development & Iteration: Collaborate with the marketing team to continuously refine and improve cold calling scripts and talking points based on conversion data and market feedback;
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report on market trends, common objections, and competitive insights from prospect interactions.

We are currently looking for a UX Writer who will help make our digital products clear, user-friendly, and enjoyable. You will become part of a team that creates high-quality content for web and mobile applications, improving how users interact with our service.
 

What will you do?

• Create UX copy for web and mobile interfaces (buttons, tooltips, messages, error screens, etc.).
• Improve existing content to make it even clearer and more user-friendly.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure a consistent brand tone of voice.
• Write help materials, glossaries, and microcopy that enhance product understanding.
• Analyze and test texts based on user feedback and behavior.
   

What do we expect?

• 2+ years of experience as a UX Writer, content designer, or copywriter in digital products.
• Ukrainian proficiency at C1+ level; English at B2+ or higher.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and writing within the design process.
• Ability to write concisely, clearly, and in line with the brand’s tone of voice.
• Basic experience with Figma, Notion, or other content creation tools.
• Knowledge of additional languages will be a plus.
