    Who We’re Looking For:

    We invite an experienced Technical Lead to join our ALM Domain for collaborating within Scrum teams. 

     

    ALM Domain supports and evolves the Creatio .NET Core platform: authentication mechanisms, APIs for Redis (NoSQL) and WebSocket, and internal tools/frameworks for configuration development. We also own key system capabilities such as change log and access rights setup, extend the Timeline service and relationships details, build the new licensing UI, and develop the Static Content Bundling service. 

    We collaborate closely, support each other daily, and use our diverse perspectives to find the best solution. 

     

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Lead the design and development of architectural solutions and prototypes alongside the system architect and development team.
    • Build, test, and debug high-quality back-end code.
    • Support seamless product operation by addressing customer cases and ensuring system reliability.
    • Continuously monitor and optimize development processes to enhance team productivity and quality.
    • Drive adoption of innovative tools, standards, and best practices in software development.
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and leadership to align technical vision with business goals.
    • Conduct technical interviews, mentor developers, and facilitate onboarding and professional growth. 

       

    Requirements: 

    • Minimum 6 years of software development experience with full-stack expertise in .NET and Angular.
    • At least 1 year in a technical lead or team lead role, guiding teams successfully.
    • Strong mastery of object-oriented programming and solid application of KISS, SOLID, and DRY principles.
    • Proficient in C# and modern .NET runtime environments (.NET 6+), including ASP.NET MVC, Core, and Web API development.
    • Hands-on experience with microservices, containerization, Kubernetes, and Helm for orchestration.
    • Deep knowledge of Angular 15+ with ability to build new components and optimize existing ones in a monorepo using RXJS and pipeline operators.
    • Skilled in JavaScript, TypeScript, DOM manipulation, CSS/SASS, and UI styling per design specifications.
    • Experience using Git and SVN with workflows involving branching, merging, and rebasing.
    • Strong unit testing background including NUnit, mocking frameworks, and API testing with Postman.
    • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above, both spoken and written.

    What You’ll Do

    • Conduct deep-dive analyses and deliver actionable insights to improve product performance.
    • Analyze large-scale datasets (funnel events, transactional, and text data) to identify growth opportunities.
    • Design and interpret A/B tests, MAB experiments, and hypothesis-driven analyses.
    • Track and implement key business metrics to support decision-making.
    • Work with cutting-edge tools, including Bayesian statistics, ML models, and LLMs.
    • Collaborate with a large and highly skilled Analytics team, fostering a knowledge-sharing environment.

       

    What We’re Looking For

    • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably in e-commerce or customer experience products.
    • Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries to extract insights and support decision-making.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis and business modeling.
    • Experience with Power BI (Tableau experience is also considered).
    • Expertise in Descriptive and Inferential Statistical Analysis, A/B testing, and Hypothesis Testing, with a proven ability to analyze results.
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics, BigQuery, Python/R, and ML is desirable.
    • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in interacting across all levels of management and diverse business functions.
