About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) to drive the company’s growth by leading sales and marketing. The CBDO will work closely with the CEO and COO to ensure that the company attracts the right clients, wins the right projects, and builds a predictable revenue pipeline. The CBDO will lead the Sales and Marketing teams and play a critical role in shaping Syndicode’s market position.

Over time, you will help build the internal Business Systems / IT Ops function (processes, standards, roadmap, and potentially a small team).

- Own and redesign Atlassian Cloud architecture

Our finance team are expanding and we are looking for an Assistant Accountant based in Ukraine to join either our Dnipro or Lviv office. The Assistant Accountant will support the day-to-day management of the finance function including the preparation of the monthly management accounts, expenses review, and data analysis. What you'll be doing:

• Review of employee expenses to ensure they are in line with Company policy and are accurately accounted for in the Company profit and loss
