We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a PPC Manager who is passionate about performance marketing, analytical challenges, and driving impactful results.

📢Your position will include:

• Develop and implement effective paid search strategies focused on driving qualified B2B leads;
• Launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across various worldwide markets;
• Oversee accounts on search and display platforms such as Google Ads (Priority), Linkedin Ads, and others;
• Conduct thorough keyword research and define precise audience targeting;
• Monitor budgets, adjust bids, and implement strategies to maximize ROI;
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify areas for improvement;
• Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for management;
• Test and develop new campaign approaches across multiple digital channels;
• Maintain and strengthen partnerships with advertising platforms and vendors;
• Proactively identify and mitigate click fraud risks;
   

🔎What we expect from the candidate:

• Deep experience in B2B lead generation with measurable results;
• Proven expertise in running and optimizing global campaigns across multiple regions;
• At least 2 years as a PPC Manager, Media Buyer or Digital Marketing Specialist;
• Experience in iGaming / Gambling / Fintech / Arbitrage / PPC agency is desirable;
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting;
• Experience in setting up analytics tracking (GA4, Matomo) and Google Tag Manager;
• Strong communication and project management skills;

Analytical mindset and high attention to detail.

Requirements
 

• Minimum 0,5 year of experience in web design.
• Portfolio of website projects (preferably showcased on Dribbble or Behance, with Figma design files).
• Proficiency in Figma for creating and refining web designs.
• Solid knowledge of Webflow and its best practices.
• Creativity and an innovative approach to problem-solving, with great attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of web development principles (HTML, CSS concepts).
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Intermediate or higher level of English.

Responsibilities
 

• Design and build Webflow templates, including direct design work in Webflow.
• Design visually appealing, user-friendly websites in Webflow and Figma that meet project objectives, align with brand guidelines, and support overall project goals.
• Maintain, support, and enhance the visual style of the company’s existing products.
