About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and customers.
 

Responsibilities

• Conduct and facilitate daily stand-up meetings
• Ensure the team adheres to the full SDLC process

Our design and digital studio is looking for a senior developer in Kyiv to join our studio and help build refined, bespoke websites for brand, commerce, and digital product clients.
 

This is not a generic WordPress or template implementation role. We are looking for someone who has real experience building custom, design-forward websites from scratch, especially for design studios, creative agencies, premium brands, or high-end digital products.

You should be comfortable owning both front-end and back-end development, working closely with designers, translating detailed design systems into polished production websites, and making smart technical decisions without needing heavy supervision.

What you’ll work on

You’ll help build custom websites and digital systems for clients across brand, e-commerce, editorial, and product experiences.
 

Projects may include:

• Bespoke marketing websites
• Headless CMS builds
• Headless e-commerce experiences
• Shopify and Shopify Plus builds
• Custom front-end systems
• API integrations
• Experimental or interaction-heavy websites

• Design-forward digital experiences that need to feel highly polished

   

You’ll work directly with designers and strategists, so strong taste, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential.
 

Requirements

You must have:

• 5+ years of experience
• C1 English or higher
• Based in Kyiv
• Able to work from our office in Kyiv city center at least 4 days per week
• Strong front-end and back-end development ability
• Real experience building custom websites from scratch
• Experience working with design agencies, creative studios, or design-forward teams
• Strong understanding of responsive design, performance, accessibility, and production-quality implementation

Profile Overview

Your immediate impact in the first 1-3 months will be:

• Become a core member of our product engineering team, owning features from idea to production
• Ship user-facing features end-to-end, including frontend UI, backend services, and data pipelines
• Improve existing product areas based on customer feedback and usage data — reducing friction, fixing rough edges, and raising the bar on quality

Your responsibilities
 

• Own product outcomes end-to-end: from identifying user problems and prototyping solutions to shipping, measuring, and iterating
• Build and maintain the frontend experiences that our customers use every day
• Develop scalable backend services and data pipelines that power those experiences
• Analyze usage data and user feedback to prioritize what to build, fix, and improve
• Collaborate closely with the team on product direction — bring opinions, back them with data, and help set priorities
• Write clear documentation for the features you ship, both readable by humans and LLMs

What You bring to the table

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong track record of shipping user-facing products end-to-end
• Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) for backend services; knowledge of other backend languages is a plus
• Solid experience with a modern frontend framework — Vue.js or React.js. You're comfortable owning the UI layer of the features you ship, not just handing off APIs
• Experience designing and building data pipelines and working with large-scale data processing
• A product mindset: you think about user problems first, not just technical implementation. You form opinions on what to build and why
• Comfort with ambiguity — you can take a vague problem, break it down, prototype fast, and iterate based on feedback
• Strong communication skills — you can explain technical decisions in terms of user and business impact
• Senior-level ownership: you plan meticulously, ship reliably, and proactively identify risks and opportunities
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs — context engineering, API integrations, agentic workflows

About you:

We are looking for a hands-on specialist who will support outbound campaigns by building highly accurate target lists, enriching contact data, and executing first-touch outreach including cold calls. 

This role is focused on execution. You will work with structured processes and tools, collecting and validating data, identifying the right contacts, and supporting multi-channel outbound campaigns. 

You will work directly with the outbound lead and follow a clear system. 

Responsibilities:

1. Target List Building 

• Research and identify companies within defined segments: MGA, captive managers, captives, multinational insurance players 
• Build structured lists from: association directories, regulator websites, LinkedIn, industry sources  
• Ensure: no duplicates, full coverage of the market  

2. Data Verification 

• Validate each company: confirm business type, confirm relevance to ICP  
• Fill in key fields: website, location, business focus, LinkedIn  
• Follow strict rules: no guessing, mark unknown instead of incorrect  

3. Contact Research & Enrichment 

• Find the right contacts for each company: leadership, operations, finance  
• Collect: name, title, LinkedIn, email, phone (if available)  
• Use tools: LinkedIn, Apollo / Lusha / Hunter / similar  
• Verify emails before use  

4. Data Management 

• Maintain clean and structured spreadsheets  
• Update CRM (e.g., HubSpot)

5. Cold Outreach Support 

• Execute initial outreach steps: LinkedIn connection requests, follow-ups, email sends  
• Perform cold calls: call direct numbers or office lines, ask to connect to the right person, log call outcomes
