    About the project

DataImpulse is a proxy service provider with 147,000+ customers worldwide. We offer residential, mobile, and datacenter proxies starting at $1/GB β€” one of the most competitive rates on the market. We’re looking for an Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to own the full outbound pipeline: from building prospect lists to closing deals.

    Responsibilities

β€’ Own the entire outbound cycle: sourcing prospects, building contact lists, launching email and LinkedIn outreach sequences, handling replies, and closing deals.

β€’ Research and identify target accounts matching our ICP

β€’ Build and manage outreach infrastructure: multiple email accounts, domain warm-up, LinkedIn automation tools.

β€’ Run personalized multi-channel sequences (email + LinkedIn), A/B test messaging, and optimize for reply rates.

β€’ Manage pipeline in Π‘RM: track contacts, deals, and communication history.

β€’ Nurture warm leads through to first purchase and hand off to account management for expansion.

β€’ Report weekly on outreach volume, reply rates, qualified leads, and closed deals.

    Requirements

    β€’ 2+ years of hands-on outbound experience

β€’ Proven experience with outreach tooling: Apollo, Snov.io, Lemlist, Instantly, Clay, PhantomBuster, or similar. Tell us your stack.

β€’ Experience managing multiple email domains/inboxes and LinkedIn accounts at scale (not just 1 mailbox and 1 profile).

β€’ Track record of generating qualified leads and closing deals in the $500–$50,000 range.

    β€’ Strong written English

β€’ Experience selling to technical audiences (developers, data engineers, DevOps) is a strong plus.

β€’ Understanding of email deliverability basics: domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM, sending limits.

β€’ Self-organized: able to split time between prospecting new contacts and managing active conversations without either pipeline going cold.

    Nice to have

β€’ Experience in proxy, data, SaaS, or infrastructure sales.

    β€’ Familiarity with HubSpot.

β€’ Understanding of web scraping, proxies, or data collection use cases.

    We offer

    β€’ Flexible working hours.

β€’ Remote or hybrid work format.

β€’ Official employment, paid vacations and sick leaves.

β€’ Performance bonuses tied to pipeline results.

β€’ Budget for learning and professional development.

    β€’ A growing marketing team with a data-driven culture.
