We’re looking for an Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to own the full outbound pipeline: from building prospect lists to closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire outbound cycle: sourcing prospects, building contact lists, launching email and LinkedIn outreach sequences, handling replies, and closing deals.

• Research and identify target accounts matching our ICP 

• Build and manage outreach infrastructure: multiple email accounts, domain warm-up, LinkedIn automation tools.

• Run personalized multi-channel sequences (email + LinkedIn), A/B test messaging, and optimize for reply rates.

• Manage pipeline in СRM: track contacts, deals, and communication history.

• Nurture warm leads through to first purchase and hand off to account management for expansion.

• Report weekly on outreach volume, reply rates, qualified leads, and closed deals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on outbound experience 

• Proven experience with outreach tooling: Apollo, Snov.io, Lemlist, Instantly, Clay, PhantomBuster, or similar. Tell us your stack.

• Experience managing multiple email domains/inboxes and LinkedIn accounts at scale (not just 1 mailbox and 1 profile).

• Track record of generating qualified leads and closing deals in the $500–$50,000 range.

• Strong written English 

• Experience selling to technical audiences (developers, data engineers, DevOps) is a strong plus.

• Understanding of email deliverability basics: domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM, sending limits.

• Self-organized: able to split time between prospecting new contacts and managing active conversations without either pipeline going cold.

We are looking for a Junior Risk & AML Specialist to join our growing FinTech team.

This role focuses on monitoring transactions, reviewing payer activities, and ensuring that all operations remain compliant with internal policies and AML regulations. You will work across multiple systems, maintaining accuracy and consistency in reviews while supporting the company’s overall risk management framework.

Requirements

• Experience in Risk, AML, or Compliance (preferably within FinTech or PSP) would be an advantage, but we are open to motivated candidates without prior experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify key details in large data sets.
• High level of concentration and consistency when working with repetitive or high-volume tasks.
• Structured and process-driven approach to ensure accuracy in every review.

Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions and payer activities to detect suspicious behaviour, fraud attempts, and potential money laundering schemes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) laws, regulations, and internal standards.
• Conduct AML/CFT risk assessments and identify areas of increased risk exposure.
• Perform investigations into potential AML/CFT breaches or other financial crime risks.
• Conduct CDD and EDD checks on payers, including SOF/SOW verification when required.
• Escalate high-risk cases, red flags, or unusual activity to the Team Lead for further review.
• Suggest improvements and contribute to the enhancement of internal compliance controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Payments, and Compliance teams to ensure consistent risk management.
• Stay informed about regulatory updates, best practices, and emerging AML/CFT risk trends.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records of reviews, investigations, and compliance actions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to own and evolve our data pipelines, analytics layer, and dashboards. 

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and AI enablement, ensuring high-quality data flows and models that power both customer-facing insights and internal decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Apache Superset
• Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines, e.g, using Python (Airflow), n8n
• Maintain and optimize ClickHouse as an analytical data warehouse (tables, partitions, TTLs, indexes)
• Integrate data from multiple sources (product, marketing, billing, external APIs)
• Prepare clean, well-structured datasets for AI tools
• Partner with engineering and product on data-related initiatives
• Document data models, pipelines, and definitions to ensure transparency and reuse

High Level Measurements of Success:

• Analytical datasets structured for easy consumption by AI models and/or BI tools; models are reusable
• Proactively identifies and implements pipeline improvements or new metrics
• Dashboards are developed on time and provide insights that lead to actionable decisions
• All data sources, metrics, and workflows are clearly documented

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, views, joins, aggregations)
