Main Responsibilities

— Planning, launching, and optimizing traffic acquisition campaigns on Google Ads (the primary channel) for iOS applications
— Developing and testing creative strategies with a focus on video creatives, specifically modal ads that mimic system notifications
— Managing large budgets and distributing them effectively to achieve target CPA goals
— Full-cycle campaign management: from creating creatives to analyzing performance and scaling successful setups
— Close collaboration with the team to achieve key business metrics

Mandatory Requirements

— Has a proven track record as a User Acquisition Manager / Media Buyer in large companies specializing in iOS applications (niche apps, cleaners, VPNs)
— Mandatory experience: Working with Google Ads and apps on a subscription model
— The ideal candidate has deep experience with modal ad creatives for YouTube and other video platforms within Google UAC
— Understands key metrics: Cost per Subscription (CPA), Cost per Trial, Retention
