- Analyze requirements, create and maintain test scenarios based on business and functional specifications

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of our POS platform within the fintech / wallet / financial services ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial technologies and payment systems, and is highly skilled in cross-functional team collaboration, project management, and end-to-end product development.

• Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the POS product roadmap—from concept through launch and continuous improvement.

• Fintech & Wallet Integration: Design and manage product features related to digital payments, wallet systems, and financial transaction flows.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, business, compliance, and operations teams to ensure product alignment and delivery.

• Project Management: Define project scope, set clear objectives and KPIs, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of the platform.

• Task Management: Break down product goals into clear tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

• Customer-Centric Development: Gather and analyze user feedback and industry trends to build customer-centric POS features.

• Stakeholder Communication: Present updates and results to stakeholders, aligning technical execution with business goals.

• Compliance & Security: Ensure that the POS product meets industry regulations, especially in handling financial data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3–6 years) as a Product Manager in fintech, digital wallets, or financial services.

• Hands-on experience in building and scaling POS platforms or similar transaction systems.

• Strong project and task management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with payment gateways, transaction flow, KYC, fraud detection, and related fintech technologies.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and product development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).
