Jobs at Djinni

We're expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Manager to join us in building outbound pipelines and closing deals for early-stage and enterprise clients across sports, healthcare, fintech, hiring platforms, eCommerce, and machine learning.
You'll own the full cycle — from the first outreach message to a signed contract — with clear sales processes and room to bring your own tools and ideas to the table.

What you will do

• Build and run your own pipeline from scratch and carry it through to a signed contract
• Research target accounts before reaching out — scaling signals, open roles, tech stack changes, funding news — to make the first message land
• Launch and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, sequences, follow-ups) alongside cold email campaigns
• Write and iterate on outreach messaging
• Monitor email deliverability
• Lead discovery and negotiation calls directly with clients, end to end
• Keep pipeline and lead data current in Airtable
• Track your own outbound metrics (replies, positive replies, booked calls) and adjust based on the numbers

What we expect

• 1+ year of experience in sales
• Full-cycle sales experience
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and email outbound tools (Snov.io, LinkedHelper, or similar)
• Comfortable writing your own outreach messages
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher for daily client calls and written communication

Additional advantages

• Experience building or scaling a partner network
• CRM discipline and reporting experience (any CRM/Airtable-based pipeline tracking)
• Familiarity with data enrichment tools like Clay or RB2B
• Basic understanding of email deliverability fundamentals (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

What we offer

• Engaging projects with a modern, well-supported sales toolset
• Professional sales processes and a supportive, cheering team culture
• A culture focused on continuous learning and professional development
• Full remote work with a team distributed across multiple countries
• Competitive compensation in USD, base salary + revenue share from closed deals
• Flexible payment methods tailored to your location
• English practice sessions
• Paid sick leave and annual vacation (15 business days / 21 calendar days)
• Regular team activities online
• Coverage of monthly psychologist support sessions

About the Role

The Driver Manager is responsible for managing and supporting company drivers while ensuring effective communication between drivers, the Operations team, and the company.

You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned drivers, helping resolve operational issues, coordinating routes and home-time requests, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned drivers and maintain strong professional relationships with them.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, safety, and compliance.
• Communicate load instructions clearly and ensure proper execution.
• Collaborate with planners to build efficient routes while considering driver home-time requests and company profitability.

• Provide internal teams with updates and feedback regarding driver needs.
• Ensure drivers follow company procedures, including safety and billing requirements.

About the company
Incluence is a law firm for FinTech, Crypto, and High-Risk businesses: licensing (VASP, EMI, PSP, MiCA), company formation, banking and merchant accounts. Real clients, real licenses, real money — we don't sell vapor, we solve regulatory problems clients can't solve without us.
Marketing doesn't exist yet as a proper function. We're looking for someone who will build it from zero: get the first results done by hand, then build the team that scales brand awareness and lead flow.

What will be in your zone of responsibility

Months 1-6 (operational phase):

• Full audit of the current state — website, SEO traffic, CRM, what's already converting and what isn't — documented and presented to the CEO
• Brand awareness and positioning strategy built from scratch
• Hands-on launch of targeted advertising and first performance channels — you do it yourself first
• First thought leadership pieces and media relations
• Clean handoff of leads into the CRM with no data loss — coordination with Sales
• Getting the company visible in AI search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar) for relevant queries

Months 6-12 (scaling phase):

• Hiring and developing the first marketing team (1-2 people)
• A steady pipeline of PR and content, not one-off spikes
• Representing the company at industry conferences
• Predictable lead flow with regular reporting to the CEO

How we'll measure results

• The main metric is brand awareness and the volume of qualified leads in the CRM, not publications for their own sake
• Leading indicators: brand reach and mentions, traffic from performance channels, leads per week
• Lagging indicators: growth in brand awareness/share of voice, lead-to-pipeline conversion (per Sales data), PR/thought leadership placements per quarter

What we expect

• 6-10 years in marketing, 2+ years at Head/Director level with hands-on ownership, not only team management
• Experience building marketing from scratch — no existing team, no existing brand, no historical data to work from
• Full-cycle experience: brand/PR + performance advertising + lead generation, not just one of these
• Background in B2B where the sale is built on trust and expertise (legal, consulting, compliance, fintech companies)
• Fluent English (C1+) — for negotiations with international media and partners
• Self-starter — you set your own tasks, you don't wait for micromanagement

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or another regulated industry
• Personal contacts in industry media
• Experience speaking at industry conferences

What we offer

• Format: full-time, fully remote
• Salary and bonus — discussed individually based on experience
• Direct access to the CEO, no corporate layers or approvals

About us
Cikumas GmbH, based in Kilchberg (Canton of Zurich, Switzerland), builds ClassOwl — an all-in-one school-management platform that replaces the patchwork of disconnected tools most schools run on today. Instead of re-entering the same student data into five or six separate systems (admissions, gradebook, invoicing, timetabling, government reporting), ClassOwl combines a Student Information System (SIS), Learning Management System (LMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) into one white-label platform, tailored to each school's own processes and branded as their own.

Who We're Looking For

We are hiring a Medium-Senior Technical Writer to own documentation across ClassOwl's platform — from internal technical references used by the development team to user-facing guides for schools using SIS, LMS and ERP modules. You'll work closely with developers, QA and the business analysis team to turn product knowledge into clear, structured, and accurate documentation that both technical and non-technical audiences can rely on.

Responsibilities

• create and maintain technical documentation for ClassOwl's platform (API references, internal specs, release notes)
• write user-facing guides and instructions for school staff (admissions, gradebook, invoicing, timetabling modules)
• work directly with developers and QA to understand new features before they ship, and translate them into documentation
• review and structure existing documentation, identify gaps, and keep materials up to date as the product evolves
• collaborate with the business analysis team to ensure documentation reflects actual user stories and requirements
• maintain consistency in terminology, tone and formatting across all documentation

What we expect

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer (Medium-Senior level)
• English at C1 level
• German at B2 level
• an analytical mindset — comfortable working with structured systems and translating complexity into clarity
• basic understanding of code/technical logic is enough; deep development experience is not required
• QA background is considered a relevant and welcome experience
• available to start within the next week

Benefits

• full-time, fully remote position
• flexible schedule
• cooperation format and compensation discussed during the interview
• budget for learning/development

Description

Our client is looking for a hands-on Principal Data Engineer & Architect to lead the design, evolution, and execution of their core data engineering ecosystem. This role is built specifically for an elite technical leader who loves mapping out highly reliable distributed architectures but is driven by a strong desire to stay close to the metal—allocating approximately 70% of their time to writing mission-critical production code, core data libraries, and internal frameworks, and 30% to high-level architectural design, data infrastructure governance, and technical mentorship.

About Our Client

Our client is a venture-backed, AI-powered platform built specifically for consumer brands. It connects seamlessly to fragmented external sources like banks, POS systems, and advertising platforms to deliver daily profit & loss snapshots, cash flow plans, and peer benchmarking—all in real time. With integrations stretching across finance, e-commerce, and marketing tools, the platform provides the clarity and automation brands need to grow confidently.

What You’ll Do

Architect Data Infrastructure (70% Focus): Maintain a heavy, hands-on presence in the codebase. Author core data processing libraries, distributed computing frameworks, and high-scale data platforms in JavaScript (Node.js/NestJS) and Python to establish gold standards for the engineering team.

Design Data Systems (30% Focus): Design and evolve a robust, multi-tenant data architecture capable of handling massive datasets and high-throughput processing across hundreds of distinct data domains concurrently.

Data Quality & Governance: Establish bulletproof data integrity and observability patterns. Focus on robust processing workflows, comprehensive data validation, automated quality checks, and end-to-end distributed tracing across the data lifecycle.

Scale Data Pipelines: Define and enforce efficient data architectures, high-throughput streaming patterns, and transaction boundaries to guarantee accurate real-time financial reporting at scale.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Act as an elite technical sounding board for the engineering organization. Conduct comprehensive architecture reviews, upskill senior engineers, and champion modern DevOps, testing, and deployment workflows.

What We’re Looking For

Deep Industry Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven history of designing, deploying, and maintaining large-scale data processing and distributed data infrastructure solutions.

Polyglot Mastery in Data Engineering: Highly proficient in both JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, NestJS) and Python, with the ability to build sophisticated data pipelines and distributed systems using each language’s native strengths.

Advanced Data Engineering & Architecture Expertise: Extensively experienced with distributed systems, high-scale storage solutions, query optimization, and complex data architecture patterns for massive, high-velocity datasets.

Data Modeling & Schema Excellence: Expert-level understanding of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases, schema design, complex data validation, mapping workflows, and ETL pipeline design.

True Builder Mentality: A strong architectural thinker who actively rejects the “ivory-tower” approach and remains deeply passionate about shipping high-quality production code every single week.

Would Be a Plus

Direct technical experience within FinTech, e-commerce SaaS platforms, or real-time data streaming architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Familiarity with financial data aggregates or banking networks (e.g., Plaid, Yodlee, Stripe).

Experience setting up data ingestion pipelines optimized for downstream AI/LLM analysis models.

What We Offer

Highly competitive principal-level base salary + substantial early-stage equity package.

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.

Flexible, remote-first working culture with an elite engineering group.

Direct technical influence over the foundational platform architecture of a fast-growing, venture-backed startup.
