About the project

Anttix is a software development company focused on technology solutions for CFD brokers and financial services. We’re building our own CRM platform using Power Apps (model-driven) and Dataverse as the core data layer, integrating it tightly with trading, KYC, payments, and marketing systems.

We work in small, senior teams that ship fast, don’t tolerate unnecessary bureaucracy, and care about building systems that actually get used in production.

The platform is delivered by a remote engineering team that owns the full stack behind the broker: the CRM, the trading integration, the payment orchestration, the mobile and web clients, and the back-office tooling used by Compliance, Sales, and Customer Service. The CRM is the system of record for everything customer-related — identity, KYC state, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses, MT5 account assignment — and is where most new business logic lands first. Tech-wise it is a PowerApps / Dataverse solution backed by Power Automate flows and a set of Java microservices; we'll go into the details in the interview.

Role summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst to own the requirements, data, and acceptance layer of the VCG CRM platform. You will translate regulatory, commercial, and operational needs into Dataverse entity models, Power Automate flow specifications, gRPC API contracts, and UAT scenarios — then verify that what we deliver matches what the business asked for.

This is a hands-on BA role on a real, complex financial product. You will read Power Automate flow JSON, query Dataverse, sit in MT5 trading sessions, and write acceptance criteria that actually catch bugs. You will not be producing slide decks.

What you'll do

Requirements & discovery

• Capture and document behaviour across the CRM (user lifecycle, deposit/withdrawal routing, KYC transitions, bonus logic, MT5 group assignment) from production flows, Confluence docs, and direct observation of the live system.
• Interview Backoffice, Compliance, Payments, and Sales stakeholders; convert their needs into documented requirements tied to specific Jira epics.
• Decompose epics into user stories with clear acceptance criteria that developers can implement without follow-up questions.

Data & process modelling

• Own the logical data model for custom Dataverse entities: contacts, trading accounts, transactions, bonuses, consents, state-machine audit.
• Document field semantics, alternate keys, and cross-system mismatches (e.g., "Id" vs "Guid", timezone offsets between MT5 UTC+2 and Dataverse UTC) that trip up integrations.
• Model business processes (user state machine Demo → Limited → KYC → Full, deposit routing per provider, MT5 group assignment per country/affiliate, account closure reasons) as flowcharts and state diagrams — Mermaid preferred, Lucidchart acceptable.

Flow & rules specification

• Specify Power Automate flows and Dataverse business rules: triggers, conditions, branches, error paths, compensating actions.
• Review existing flows in production, decide which need rework as requirements change, and shepherd the changes through delivery.
• Define event contracts published to Azure Service Bus (event name, payload schema, ordering guarantees, idempotency keys).

Test & acceptance

• Run data validation when onboarding new data sources or migrating between environments, using SQL / Fetch XML / Snowflake queries you author yourself.
• Own UAT sign-off: coordinate with QA, Backoffice, and Compliance; track defects in Jira; make the call on go/no-go criteria for each release.

Documentation & communication

• Maintain project documentation in Confluence, mirrored to the git repo.
• Keep the Jira backlog current: groom it, link specs to tickets, attach acceptance criteria to every story before it enters a sprint.
• Write clear, terse documentation. No filler. Diagrams where they help, tables where they help, prose only when nothing else does.

Required experience

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst on software products, at least one of them on a data-heavy or regulated domain (fintech, trading, payments, iGaming, insurance, healthcare).
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications is the core of this role. You can sit with a Compliance officer, a Payments lead, or a Sales manager, understand what they actually need (vs. what they first ask for), and turn it into something a developer can build without coming back for clarification.
• Strong process and data thinking: you naturally reach for state diagrams, flowcharts, and entity relationships when describing a problem, and you can spot inconsistencies in a process before code is written.
• Comfortable working with structured data and basic SQL — enough to validate that the system does what the spec says, without waiting for an engineer.
• General technical literacy: you can read an API contract, follow a workflow definition, and discuss trade-offs with engineers — you don't need to write the code, but you understand the shape of what's being built.
• Practical grasp of state machines, workflow logic, and master data concepts.
• Written English strong enough to produce specifications that developers implement without coming back for clarification.
• You do not need to be a developer. The team includes a dedicated PowerApps/Dataverse developer, backend and frontend engineers, QA, and DevOps — the BA's job is to make sure they're building the right thing, not to build it.

• Experience with retail CFD / FX / trading platforms; familiarity with MetaTrader 5 concepts (groups, deals, positions, margin, leverage, demo vs live accounts).

• Remote-first, distributed team across Europe. Core overlap hours roughly 10:00–18:00 EET.

We’re looking for an AI Engineer (Senior level or strong Middle) to join our team and work directly with startup's Data Science and R&D teams. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you will own projects end-to-end, from early design to production deployment.

The role is focused on building production-grade Generative AI systems on AWS, especially RAG pipelines, agent-based workflows, and LLM-powered backend services. This is not a pure research or model training role, it’s about designing and shipping reliable systems under real constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deliver production-ready GenAI systems on AWS, including RAG pipelines, retrieval logic, and LLM-based services
• Design and implement agent-based or multi-step workflows for real use cases (not just prototypes)
• Work closely with Solution Architects, DevOps, and client teams to turn ideas and POCs into scalable systems
• Deploy, monitor, and improve ML/LLM systems in production, focusing on performance, cost, and reliability
• Work with AWS services such as Bedrock, OpenSearch, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SageMaker, and CloudWatch
• Adapt existing ML or GenAI code into production environments when needed
• Continuously improve system quality, including retrieval performance, output consistency, and evaluation approaches

• Operate in a fast-paced, project-based environment where you may own a project as the main engineer

   

What we’re looking for

• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI / GenAI systems in production
• Solid experience with AWS in real projects (not just Console usage), including working with services like Bedrock, OpenSearch, Lambda, S3, or similar
• Experience building RAG systems in practice, including retrieval logic, vector databases, and output quality improvements
• Experience working with LLM frameworks or tools such as Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
• Strong Python skills and a good understanding of backend system design
• Experience designing multi-agent systems or more complex orchestration workflows
• Experience with vector databases (OpenSearch, pgVector, Pinecone, etc.)
• Comfort working in fast-moving environments with short project cycles (weeks to a few months)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams
• Ability to clearly explain technical decisions, limitations, and trade-offs in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with AWS Bedrock advanced features (e.g. Knowledge Bases, agent orchestration) - an advantage 
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, IaC Terraform and CI/CD pipelines  - an advantage 
• Background in Machine Learning or Data Science (including model training or fine-tuning)  - an advantage

What Success Looks Like in Year One

• Within 12 months, you are independently owning and delivering production GenAI systems on AWS, from initial design through deployment and iteration
• Working directly with customers and making clear architectural decisions around performance, cost, and reliability

• You are comfortable taking an ambiguous problem, turning it into a working system end-to-end, and explaining the trade-offs behind your approach

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6–8 DevOps Engineers, ensuring on-time, high-quality project deliveries

Our client is a leading autonomous vehicle technology company operating at the cutting edge of self-driving software development. 

Role overview

We are not looking for a traditional SOC analyst. This role is about building detection systems, not clicking through alerts. You will work with large volumes of logs (cloud, application, network), design detection logic, and improve it over time. That includes both rule-based detection (SIEM/XDR) and data-driven approaches (statistical models, anomaly detection, simple ML where it makes sense). You should be comfortable treating logs as a data problem, not just a monitoring stream.

Important! This is not a role where you:

• sit in SIEM all day clicking alerts
• blindly add rules
• overcomplicate things with ML

This is a role where you: build detection systems that work in practice.

What you'll be doing

Detection & analytics

• Build and maintain detections across:
• application logs (auth, APIs, business logic abuse)
• cloud activity (CloudTrail, IAM, infrastructure changes)
• network telemetry (DNS, proxy, firewall, NetFlow)
• Work directly with data in platforms like Elasticsearch / Splunk / similar
• Write and tune detection logic (queries, correlation rules)
• Reduce noise — expect to spend time fixing false positives, not just adding new rules.

Working with data (this is a big part of the job)

• Build pipelines for:
• log ingestion
• normalization
• feature extraction
• Work with streaming or batch pipelines (Kafka / queues / scheduled jobs)
• Turn raw logs (e.g. CloudTrail) into structured data usable for detection.

Anomaly detection / ML (practical, not theoretical)

• Apply simple models where they add value (e.g. One-Class SVM or similar approaches)
• Focus on:
• behavior baselining
• anomaly scoring
• Tune models based on real output (false positives matter more than theory) 
• If ML does not improve signal — don't use it.

Automation & response

• Build response playbooks for common cases
• Automate where it actually saves time (not for the sake of it)
• Integrate with SOAR or write lightweight orchestration
• Improve:
• detection speed
• response consistency.

AI usage (realistic expectations)

• Use LLMs for:
• alert enrichment
• investigation summaries
• internal tooling
• Not building an "AI security platform"
• Focus on practical gains, not hype.

Threat hunting

• Run targeted hunts based on hypotheses
• Use internal data + external signals
• Identify gaps in logging and detection.

Requirements

• Solid experience with SIEM (Elastic, Splunk, Sentinel, etc.)
• Strong understanding of:
• cloud activity (especially AWS logs and IAM)
• network basics
• modern application behavior (APIs, auth flows)
• Comfortable working with large datasets (not afraid of raw logs)
• Python or similar for data processing
• Experience with automation (SOAR or custom scripts).

Nice-to-have (but not critical)

• Experience applying ML to logs (even simple models is enough)
• Familiarity with LLMs in tooling (not research)
• Experience with data pipelines (Kafka, Spark, etc.)
• MITRE ATT&CK mapping

We are searching for someone with strong hands-on experience in AWS infrastructure, CI/CD automation, containerized environments, and infrastructure maintenance. The ideal candidate should feel confident working independently, supporting existing systems, optimizing infrastructure, and building deployment processes from scratch.
