Head of Finance Operations

We are a fast-growing fintech company with over 8 years of experience building financial infrastructure for digital advertising businesses. We help media buyers and advertisers run campaigns efficiently and without interruptions.

We are looking for a hands-on Head of Finance Operations who knows how to keep things running - accurately, on time, and across multiple entities. This is a role for someone who owns the numbers, builds the processes, and own the full reporting cycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and contribute to end-to-end accounting, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting with the team with the focus on analysis based on reporting
• Work with legal entities across the globe (with focus on Europe and the US)
• Manage cash flow, payments, refunds, and multi-currency operations
• Manage payroll, and employee compensation processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and with a focus on financial analysis based on reporting
• Maintain, document, and continuously improve existing finance procedures
• Lead the finance team of 5+ people including setting clear KPIs and ensuring professional development plans are followed through
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations company-wide
• Build and maintain dashboards for real-time financial visibility
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring finance workflows and implement solutions

• Partner with the CEO and COO on ad-hoc analysis and strategic financial projects

   

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, reporting, audit or a similar hands-on role
• Proven experience managing finances across multiple legal entities (international experience is a plus)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, invoicing, and reconciliation
• Experience with financial reporting, with a strong focus on analysis based on them
• Comfortable working with large datasets and financial tools
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
• B2+ English level
