Responsibilities:

The specialist will work in a DevOps team whose primary focus is developing standard and typical solutions using technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, and Helm. So good expertise in those technologies is required. We also deploy and support infrastructure that is based on a K8S clusters (without on-call duties). That means troubleshooting k8s and AWS cloud services. Strong knowledge of GitLab CI and ArgoCD gitops tool will help you greatly. We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

You would be running such tasks as:

• Search for the payment providers in respective markets, contacting them;
• Search for the new merchants interested in payment solutions in the new discovered Emerging Markets;
• Negotiation with the payment providers of fees and conditions favourable to the company;
• Attending conferences, industry events, partners’ offices, business trips in target market;
• Developing and owning of billing strategy, strong vision of long-term goals and ways to achieve them;
• Taking decision to sign contract with a partner and responsibility for its comprehensive evaluation of business fit;
• Support of strong formal and informal relations with existing and potential partners.

Required skills and expertise:

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Business Development role within payments or fintech;
• Mandatory experience working with Payment Service Providers (PSP);
• Strong background in high-risk industries such as Forex, iGaming, crypto, or similar sectors;
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required;
• Strong network within the payments/high-risk ecosystem is highly preferred;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
• Self-motivated with a strong results-driven mindset;
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

THE ROLE:

• Write, run, and troubleshoot automated tests for web applications.
• Set up and support test frameworks and automation tools.
• Perform manual testing of new features as part of the development cycle to validate functionality before automation - ensuring a solid understanding of expected behaviour and identifying edge cases early.
• Work with APIs and common libraries used in test automation.
• Build and maintain services to help run and manage automated tests.
• Help integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and make sure they run smoothly.
• Work closely with developers and products to catch bugs early and improve test coverage.
   

ABOUT YOU:

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing, mostly using Python.
• Solid experience with Playwright.
• Familiar with cloud and virtualisation platforms like GCE, Azure, and ESXi.
• Experience testing microservices and working with REST APIs.
• Used tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions for continuous integration.
• Familiar or have experience with modern tools (including AI-powered ones) that help improve QA and test automation workflows.
• Good problem-solving skills and can work independently when needed.

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Head of Sales to drive the company’s revenue growth by building and leading a high-performing sales function. This role is focused on developing a predictable sales pipeline, closing strategic deals, and continuously improving the sales process end-to-end.

The Head of Sales will work closely with the CEO and COO to ensure the company attracts the right clients and wins the right projects. You will lead the Sales team, actively participate in key deals, and play a critical role in shaping Syndicode’s go-to-market execution in collaboration with marketing.
 

What you’ll be doing

• Owning and driving company revenue growth, including pipeline generation, deal closing, and revenue forecasting
• Building and maintaining a predictable sales pipeline through outbound, inbound, and partnership channels
• Personally participating in strategic discovery calls, client meetings, and negotiations
• Leading and improving the end-to-end sales process from first contact to contract signature
• Managing and coaching the Sales team, ensuring alignment between lead generation and revenue goals
• Identifying and developing strategic partnerships and referral channels that can expand the company’s reach and pipeline
• Ensuring proper use of CRM and sales tools, maintaining accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
• Monitoring key sales metrics such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, deal size, and forecast accuracy
• Collaborating closely with the COO and delivery teams to ensure realistic project scoping, high-quality presales, and successful client engagements
   

What you’ll need

• 8+ years of experience in IT services/software outsourcing sales
• Proven experience closing B2B software development deals
• Strong experience with outbound sales
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, and CRM tools
• Experience working with marketing and demand generation
• Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
• Advanced English
