Mobile App Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Mobile App Marketing Manager to join us on a part-time or consulting basis. The app targets the US market, and we need someone who knows that landscape well. Your mission is to grow our mobile app's user base through both organic and paid channels, with a strong emphasis on organic growth.

Must-have:

• Proven mobile app marketing experience with specific results you can openly share (installs, organic growth, rankings, ROAS, etc.)
• Prior experience marketing to US audiences
• Hands-on expertise in ASO, SEO, and SMM
• Experience with both organic and paid mobile growth (organic is the priority)
• Fluency in English or Russian (the client is Estonian but Russian-speaking)

What you'll do:

• Audit our current marketing setup and identify the highest-impact growth opportunities
• Define and prioritize an organic growth strategy (ASO, SEO, and content) tailored for the US market
• Advise on social media strategy and help us build a presence that resonates with US audiences
• Provide recommendations on paid acquisition channels and help evaluate campaign performance when needed
• Deliver clear, actionable reports with insights on growth metrics and next step
