The Role

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join the team building our AI automation infrastructure. You'll work on systems that operate at scale — managing concurrent sessions, orchestrating background jobs, integrating LLMs into real-world workflows, and making sure everything stays stable when it matters.

This is a hands-on engineering role with real architectural responsibility. You'll work directly with the founding team and have full visibility into product decisions.
 

What You'll Be Working On

• Building AI SDR systems — autonomous agents that manage communication pipelines, qualify leads, and move them through the funnel without manual intervention
• Developing browser automation layers that interact with web platforms on behalf of AI agents — handling sessions, actions, and anti-detection logic at scale
• Integrating LLMs (Claude API) for real-time message classification, context-aware response generation, and conversation management across hundreds of active threads simultaneously
• Building the job orchestration layer — queues, background workers, concurrency handling — that keeps everything running reliably at scale

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience in backend or fullstack development

Technical skill matters, but it's not the whole picture. What will you do:

• Generate creative hypotheses based on user research, market trends, and performance data.

• Analyze test results (A/B & experiments), extract insights, and iterate on the approach.
• Stay on top of trends across social platforms, the advertising industry, and broader culture.
• Participate in workshops and brainstorms with team leads and cross-functional partners.
• Document experiments (what worked/what didn’t).
   

What do you need to join us:

• 1+ year of experience in performance marketing (SMM, Content Producer, UGC Creator, Creative Marketing Specialist, Creative Producer).
• Solid grasp of performance marketing fundamentals and the role creative plays in driving results.
• Idea generation mindset: produce unconventional ideas and frame them as testable hypotheses.
• Structured, systematic work style with strong organization and follow-through.
• Analytical thinking: comfortable with marketing metrics, experimentation, and large data sets.
• Critical evaluation skills: assess concepts, identify potential, and improve them based on data.
• English level B2 or higher.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and grow our User Acquisition team. You’ll work on a global product with a strong team and unique expertise.
 

Your impact:

• Developing Paid Social channels.
• Implementing marketing strategies to acquire new users.
• Setting up tasks for designers to produce the advertisements.
• Monitor campaigns and channel performance.
• Conduct A/B tests for campaigns and ad creatives.
• Work closely with analytic and creative teams to define various approaches for advertising campaigns.
   

About you: 

• At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Understanding of the general principles of attracting customers and experience of working with Meta Ads primarily.
• Experience with TikTok campaigns is a plus.
• Budget management, reporting on results, and predicting the impact on business processes.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
• The most important thing is your mindset and desire to generate ideas, come up with solutions to given tasks.
   

Will be a plus:

• Google/Meta Ads Certification.
• Experience with budgets 50K monthly.

Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns through experimentation.
