We need a Head of Revenue to own the complete revenue engine — new business, expansion, partnerships, and revenue operations. You will build the organization and processes that take Cargofy from current ARR to $30M+ predictably and efficiently.

• Accurate pipeline forecasting to CEO and Board — within 10% of actuals
• Unified revenue process running end-to-end in Odoo CRM with clean data and real-time dashboards

• Revenue team built across Sales, Account Management, and RevOps

   

What You Will Own

• New ARR — bookings targets across US, EU, and Asia with segment-specific playbooks
• Expansion revenue — upsells, cross-sells, plan upgrades, and usage-based growth within existing accounts
• Partnerships and channels — ERP/TMS/ELD alliance revenue, channel partner programs
• Revenue operations — Odoo CRM architecture (deal stages, lead scoring, forecasting models), pipeline analytics, sales enablement tools
• Team — hire, train, and lead Sales, Account Management, SDR, and RevOps teams

• Pricing and packaging — pricing strategy, plan structure, and competitive positioning

   

Who You Are

• 7-12+ years leading B2B SaaS revenue teams, with experience scaling from $5M to $30M+ ARR
• Strong across SMB velocity sales, Mid-Market consultative sales, and Enterprise complex deals
• Expert in forecasting, revenue operations, and CRM architecture (Odoo CRM experience is a plus)
• Operator mindset — process-first, data-driven, systems-oriented
• Experience building and leading multi-geo, multi-segment revenue organizations

• Logistics, freight, or AI SaaS experience is a meaningful plus

We’re growing our presence on Upwork, and we’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented person to join us as a Junior Lead Generation Specialist. This is a full-time, entry-level role with a clear growth path to Sales Manager. You'll start by helping us identify and respond to promising leads — and gradually move toward direct communication with clients, closing deals, and owning part of the sales pipeline.

No prior experience needed — we’ll teach you everything step by step.

• Monitor new job posts on Upwork using our filters
• Review project details like budget, location, and tech stack
• Choose the best company profile for each proposal (we have several)
• Use templates and case studies to craft proposals
• Ask the team for help when needed (technical details, goals, etc.)
