We develop social casino games end-to-end: math handoff, design, full-stack development (Pixi.js + React frontend, NestJS + TypeScript backend), RGS integration, and cert lab preparation. Game categories include slots, table games, RNG, and crash mechanics.

We currently have seven active projects and a portfolio of released titles. We are formalizing our QA processes and introducing a new Security Architecture Review gate as part of a wider transition to industrial-grade quality assurance. We are looking for a strong QA engineer to lead this transition and own product quality end-to-end.
 

Who We Are Looking For

Strong Middle or Senior QA Engineer with real experience testing iGaming products. Not "a tester who clicks through UI." We need an engineer who understands game math, can read code, knows how to catch exploits, and knows where to look for problems that standard QA usually misses.
 

What You Will Do
 

Functional QA

• Author test plans based on PRD and Game Logic Document
• Perform full manual functional testing of casino games (state machines, paytables, bonus features, free spins, jackpots, retriggers)
• Edge case testing: min/max bet, jurisdictional config variants, bonus retriggers, denominations
• Regression testing on changes to shared modules (RGS integration, math library)
• Maintain regression test suite across the portfolio
   

Math QA

• RTP simulation runs (1M+ rounds), verify against expected RTP in the 96 to 98 percent range
• Verify paytable correctness, hit frequency, volatility characteristics
• Math model verification against the document provided by the client math team
• Investigate deviations in production RTP logs
   

Security QA (New Direction)

• Adversarial testing: HTTP request manipulation, payload tampering, replay attacks
• Multi-phase server-state flow testing (bonus purchase to free spin chains)
• Server-authoritative state verification: ensure monetary parameters are locked server-side
• Debug endpoint testing: verify cheats are unreachable in production configuration
• Race condition testing on concurrent endpoints
• Use Burp Suite, Charles Proxy, Postman to intercept and manipulate requests
   

Process Ownership

• Own the QA Sign-off document for each game
• Maintain QA SOP documentation including certification and security checklists
• Coordinate with cert lab pre-submission (BMM, GLI and similar)
• Bug taxonomy management (P0 to P3, severity-based SLA)
• Weekly status reporting to the client
   

Cross-Functional

• Participate in code review on developer PRs, with focus on the security checklist for multi-phase flows
• Extend automated test coverage (API tests, integration tests)
• Onboard and mentor junior QA engineers as the team grows
   

Must-Have Requirements

• 3+ years of QA experience in gaming or iGaming projects (casino games, sports betting or similar)
• Understanding of casino game math models: RTP, hit frequency, volatility, expected value
• Experience with RGS integrations or similar game backend architectures
• Confident with HTTP debugging tools: Burp Suite, Charles Proxy, Postman
• API testing: REST, JSON, HTTP methods and status codes
• Understanding of server-state models in multi-phase flows (what "server-authoritative state" means)
• Ability to read code: confident with TypeScript / JavaScript, can understand game logic from source
• Git workflow: PR review, comments, branching
• English B2 or higher for client communication (written and calls)
• Analytical mindset: ability to see edge cases that are not described in the PRD
   

Nice to Have

• Experience with Pixi.js or other canvas-based game engines
• React + TypeScript knowledge at read and basic debug level
• Test automation experience: Playwright, Cypress, Jest
• Load / performance testing experience (k6, JMeter)
• Familiarity with iGaming compliance: GLI, BMM, jurisdictional requirements
• Experience working with certification labs
• Security testing certifications (OSCP, PenTest+ or equivalent)
• Agile / Scrum experience with ClickUp or Jira
• Experience writing and maintaining SOP documentation
