Our client is in the process of solving one of the biggest pain points for B2B service providers: getting paid on time by providing an effortless, first-of-its-kind automated platform. We’re looking for a Middle Backend Engineer who’s eager to become one of our core team members and establish themselves as a significant building block of our products and company at this exciting and critical point in time before we reach greater heights.
Key Requirements:
🔹 Agentic Coding: Experience in using autonomous AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Aider) to plan, write, test, and debug code end-to-end;
🔹 4+ years of experience as a backend engineer;
🔹 Hands-on proficiency in Go — must have;
🔹 Hands-on proficiency in TypeScript — strong advantage;
🔹 Deep familiarity with SaaS architecture and development best practices;
🔹 Previous work with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or others;
🔹 Proven ability to lead technical projects, set priorities, and own outcomes;
🔹 Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture;
🔹 Ability to juggle multiple priorities gracefully;
🔹 B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and experience;
🔹 English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Will be plus:
🔹 Experience in B2B & B2B2C Self-Serve SaaS;
🔹 Fintech/Payments industry background;
🔹 Experience working in a startup company.
