We are looking for a System Designer to join our team and help build, update, and maintain our design systems. In this role, you will:

Create & Update Systems: Develop and continuously update our design systems to keep them modern, scalable, and aligned with current trends.

Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with other designers—potentially managing and teaching them—to ensure a consistent design approach across all tools.

Integrate Feedback: Incorporate new features from the UX team and suggestions from stakeholders to improve and expand our design systems.

The role is fully on-site in Warsaw office.

Relocation support will be provided if needed.

✅ Requirements:

✔️4+ years of experience in UX/UI design.

✔️3+ years of experience working on or managing design systems.

✔️Experience designing for multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android.

✔️Excellent understanding of Figma, its tokens, autolayouts and all the latest updates.

✔️Incorporate new features to the Design System as well as adjustments gathered from different sources.

✔️Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and the basics of client-server architecture.

✔️Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team with a low-ego, high-impact mindset.

✔️The candidate should have an engineering mindset, applying systematic, analytical thinking to design and refine scalable, integrated design solutions.

✔️Strong presentation and documentation skills, with an eye for detail in visual design and brand consistency.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of PHP (1+ year of hands-on experience) and Laravel framework (1+ year);
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3;
• Experience with version control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, or similar;
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, and others);
• High level of self-organization, responsibility, creativity, and professional ethics;

• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

About the role

We are building an AI-native company where core business processes — product development, content production, and growth — are executed by systems of AI agents.

As an AI Product Engineer, you will work on real product features, using AI tools and systems to move faster and build smarter solutions.
 

What you'll be doing

• Build and ship product features end-to-end using AI-assisted development (Claude Code, AI-agents, skills in Claude Code, etc.)
• Integrate AI capabilities into the product (e.g., generation, automation, decision logic, internal tools).
• Work with APIs, services, and data to create scalable and reliable functionality.
• Continuously improve development speed and quality using AI tools, automations, etc.
   

What you'll need

• Strong engineering background (3-6 years as a Backend or Full-stack engineer).
• Experience building real products or systems with high ownership.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs and AI tools in practical use cases (not only theoretical knowledge).
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end workflows, including defining inputs, outputs, and system logic.
• Experience integrating multiple external services and APIs (e.g., Notion, analytics tools, CRM, CI/CD).
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills — ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments without fully defined requirements.
• Ability to quickly prototype and iterate on solutions, balancing speed and quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
