Admix Global has been operating since 2016, and we have established ourselves as reliable partners over the years. Our primary specialization is promoting and optimizing clients and our projects in Western markets.

In 2022 β€” 2025, Clutch recognized Admix Global as the top Link-Building company. We were also named the Most Reviewed Link-Building company and ranked as a leading Link-Building agency by The Manifest. Over the years, we’ve consistently been among the Top 100 fastest-growing companies, and in 2024, Admix Global earned the title of Best Link-Building Agency by Clutch.

Due to our active growth, we are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our fast-growing team.

We might just make the perfect team if you:

β€” Have 6+ months of experience in recruitment: you know where to post a job, what LinkedIn Recruiter tools are for, how to run a Boolean search, and you won’t confuse Java with JavaScript. You’re curious, driven, and ready to learn even more.
β€” Speak and write English at an Upper-Intermediate level: you’re comfortable on calls and in chats, and you can hold a conversation that goes off-script without panicking.
β€” Are a strong communicator, a natural problem-solver, and can manage your time based on priorities β€” not just vibes.

    It’s a plus if you:

β€” Know the basics of SEO (or at least aren’t scared of the term).
β€” Have experience sourcing or closing Marketing roles.

    What you’ll be doing:

β€” Turning vague job info into clear, catchy Job Descriptions that actually make people want to apply.
β€” Sourcing candidates: understanding the tech stack, spotting relevant skills, and not getting lost in the buzzwords.
β€” Joining candidate calls β€” starting with our recruiter, and eventually flying solo.
β€” Handling recruitment docs and keeping our CRM neat and tidy.
β€” Learning (a lot), asking questions, growing fast, and never stopping.

    What we offer:

β€” Opportunities for professional growth with access to training and career advancement within the company.
β€” Flexibility to explore new career paths β€” switch roles within the company or transfer to another department.
    β€” Competitive salary with regular performance-based reviews, base salary + bonus for hires;
β€” Structured yet flexible work schedule: Monβ€”Fri, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a flexible break. Weekends off (Satβ€”Sun).
β€” Company-sponsored English language courses to enhance your skills.
β€” 50% compensation for gym membership to support your well-being.
    β€” Paid probation period.
β€” Official employment or the option to work as a private entrepreneur.
β€” Work from the office or remotely β€” your choice.
β€” 18 days of paid vacation annually, plus covered sick leave.
