What a Project Manager does at Cleveroad:

• Manages the project across all SDLC stages.
• Owns scope, time and quality.
• Works with risks, dependencies, and change management.
• Acts as the main point of communication for the client.

Your key responsibilities:

• Managing IT projects (web and mobile).
• Planning and controlling deadlines and scopes.
• Running client demos.
• Maintaining project documentation.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams (BA, QA, Dev, Design, DevOps).
• Ensuring delivery quality and outcomes.
• Managing risks and changes.

What you’ll be working with:

• PMI artifacts: Project Plan, WBS, Status Reports, Change Log, Risk Log.
• Contracts: Fixed Price, Time & Material.
• Methodologies: Scrum / Kanban.
• Planning and reporting tools.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT.
• Strong practical understanding of SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum.
• Experience working with project management artifacts.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets, plans, and status reports.
• Client-facing communication experience.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to preparing project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Organize and maintain project boards to keep tasks visible and updated.
• Track project progress to ensure all deadlines are met, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and project schedules.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings to ensure team alignment and address blockers.
• Collaborate with senior team members to balance trade-offs between scope, schedule, and quality.
• Test the system or product features before releases to confirm they meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Serve as a communication link between the development team and the Product Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Ensure stakeholders receive timely updates and clarity on project progress, scope changes, and potential delays.
• Work with senior PMs and the development team to estimate effort and resource requirements.

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience managing software development projects.
• Basic understanding of web-application development.
• Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
• Understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban).
• Theoretical knowledge of user stories and user flow drawing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Successfully completed IT PM courses.
• Desire to understand how the apps are built in details.

• Strong PM theoretical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
— Manage internal projects – our ERP system, tracking app, website (planning, executing, and control projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet the requirements).
— Operations task (operation planning of the company, prepare timesheets for clients, monitoring workload)
