    Why this role exists

PhishFort is building a product function from a strong engineering and operations base. We have three core product areas today: DetectionTakedown, and Customer Experience (dashboards, reporting, client comms). We have roughly 12 engineers across three teams and we need senior product leadership that can bring structure, clarity, and pace.

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager who can run their area like a small business: set direction, make trade offs, protect engineering focus, keep stakeholders aligned, and ship meaningful improvements for customers.

    What you will own

You will take full ownership of a major product area, likely aligned to one of these domains:
β€’ Detection workflows and intelligence enrichment
β€’ Takedown operations, automation, and case management
β€’ Customer Experience, reporting, integrations, and client communications

Exact split will depend on your strengths and what the business needs most.

    What you will do

    Product leadership and execution

β€’ Own the product strategy and roadmap for your area, with clear outcomes and measurable goals
β€’ Run the core product cadence: weekly planning, backlog hygiene, delivery tracking, and release communication
β€’ Lead the engineering team meeting for your area and keep it tight: priorities, blockers, decisions, accountability
β€’ Write crisp product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with a bias for clarity over volume
β€’ Drive trade offs and say β€œno” when needed, protecting engineering time from randomisation and stakeholder churn

    Discovery and customer reality

β€’ Build a continuous discovery loop with customers, analysts, and internal teams
β€’ Translate messy real world problems into shippable product increments
β€’ Partner with Sales and Customer Success to validate what actually wins deals and retains accounts
β€’ Set and track success metrics for features and releases, then act on what the data says

    Stakeholder management

β€’ Align CEO, CRO, Customer Success, Ops, and Engineering around what is shipping and why
β€’ Turn stakeholder requests into a prioritised pipeline with transparent reasoning
β€’ Communicate progress, risks, and scope changes clearly

    Process and team building (greenfield)

β€’ Help establish how Product works at PhishFort: rituals, templates, decision making, and quality bar
β€’ Mentor less experienced product talent as the team grows
β€’ Raise the standard for product thinking across the company

    What success looks like

    In your first 30 days

β€’ You understand the product, customers, threat landscape basics, and internal workflows
β€’ You have a clean view of the current roadmap, backlog, and delivery bottlenecks
β€’ The engineering team meeting in your area becomes structured and predictable
β€’ Stakeholders know how to work with Product and what the rules of engagement are

    In 60 days

β€’ Roadmap is outcome driven, sequenced, and defensible
β€’ Backlog is prioritised, groomed, and aligned to strategy
β€’ Delivery starts to feel calmer but faster, with fewer surprises
β€’ You have a tight feedback loop with customers and internal ops

    In 90 days

β€’ You ship multiple meaningful improvements with measurable impact
β€’ Stakeholder trust goes up because expectations are managed properly
β€’ Engineering focus improves because interruptions are controlled
β€’ Your area has clear metrics and a plan that survives contact with reality

    What we are looking for

    Must have

β€’ 5+ years of product management experience, including owning a roadmap and shipping consistently
β€’ Strong operational discipline: you keep systems tidy, decisions recorded, and plans realistic
β€’ Proven ability to run team cadences and keep delivery moving without burning people out
β€’ Excellent stakeholder management, including handling senior voices and conflicting priorities
β€’ Comfort with ambiguity and greenfield environments where you must build structure
β€’ Clear written communication, especially requirements, specs, and decision docs

    Strong advantage

β€’ Experience in cybersecurity, fraud, trust and safety, abuse prevention, or brand protection
β€’ Experience working with data heavy products, workflow systems, and operational teams
β€’ Familiarity with high volume case pipelines, automation, and human in the loop operations
β€’ Experience with API first products and integrations
β€’ Comfort working with domain experts who do not speak β€œproduct”, and translating both ways

How you work (traits we care about)

β€’ You are decisive and pragmatic, not a committee facilitator
β€’ You are organised to a slightly obsessive degree, in a good way
β€’ You simplify complex problems into the smallest valuable next step
β€’ You do not hide behind frameworks, you use them when they help
β€’ You protect the team from noise while staying deeply connected to customer reality
β€’ You are low ego, high standards, and you enjoy being accountable

    About the process

As the first step of our hiring process, you’ll be invited to complete a short pre-recorded interview. This helps us get to know you a bit better β€” your communication style, your motivation, and your initial fit for the role.
If you move forward from that stage, the next steps will include live interviews with management, where we’ll dive deeper into your experience and how you would contribute to the team.

    What we offer

β€’ High autonomy and real ownership in a rapidly evolving product
β€’ Direct influence on company direction and how Product is built from scratch
β€’ A mission that matters: protecting users and brands from phishing and online abuse
β€’ Remote friendly working style with a globally distributed team
β€’ Competitive compensation based on experience and location

    Our Mission and Vision
At Solidgate, our mission is clear: to empower outstanding entrepreneurs to build exceptional internet companies. We exist to fuel the builders - the ones shaping the digital economy - with the financial infrastructure they deserve. To achieve that, we’re on a bold path: to become the #1 payments orchestration platform in the world.

Why are we introducing Product Ops

Think of 🏎️ Product Ops as the pit-crew for our product org - the crew that keeps the car running at optimal speed while the drivers (PMs, designers, engineers) focus on steering, innovation, and delivering value.
Digital product work is unpredictable - delays, messy data, broken handoffs, tool chaos - those can easily turn β€œsprints” into sludge. Product Ops is what stands between that chaos and the ability to deliver clean, high-velocity, high-quality work.
Instead of building the product itself, Product Ops builds and runs the operating system - frameworks, tools, workflows - so that the rest of the org can move fast, aligned, and without friction.
    Product Ops isn’t β€œjust operations” - instead, it’s a force multiplier.

    What You Will Own

    – Product governance & execution framework: planning, prioritization, roadmap governance, delivery quality
    – Product & delivery standards: creation, rollout, scaling
    – Product & delivery metrics: velocity, predictability, quality - dashboards & reporting
    – Team management: Design & Tech Writing as a single service function with clear SLA & capacity planning
    – Customer feedback system: collection, structuring, and integration into discovery & planning
    – Operational partnership with the CPO on execution, optimization, and scaling topics

Why This Role Is a Career Accelerator

    – High-impact role - you directly shape how the entire product organization works
    – N-1 level to the CPO - real strategic influence, not a support role
    – Immediate measurable impact - your work instantly affects delivery speed, transparency, and quality
    – You build from zero - no legacy chaos, no rigid structures
    – Wide operational playground - planning, discovery, delivery, rituals, documentation, metrics

    Team Setup

You will directly lead: Tech Writing & Product Design Team
Your lead & mentor: Artem Sadurskyy

    Our Ideal Candidate

    – Proven experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Delivery, or Program Management, driving complex initiatives from idea to impact
    – A track record of building, improving, or scaling product processes that actually work - and keep working as teams grow
    – Hands-on people leadership experience, supporting teams, setting clear expectations, and raising the bar
    – Strong command of planning, discovery, and delivery, with confidence in:

    - prioritisation and roadmap governance
    - capacity planning and SLAs
    - product and delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, quality)
    – Fluency with modern product tools: Jira, Confluence or Notion, Figma, and analytics platforms
    – A data-driven mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to turn complexity into clarity

Soft skills that truly matter here: systems thinking, clear structured communication, ability to influence without authority, leadership & ambition, results-oriented mindset, conflict management, and strong cultural fit.

The Points That Make You Stand Out
Experience in fintech/payments, B2B, and marketing acquisition.

    Why Join Solidgate?
    High-impact role. You’re not inheriting a perfect system - you’re building one
Great product. Solidgate is the financial infrastructure for modern Internet businesses: from subscriptions to fraud, chargebacks, and indirect tax
Part of Endeavor. A global community of the world’s most impactful entrepreneurs
Massive growth opportunity. This role will be a career-defining move
Top-tier tech team. Proven engineers, modern engineering culture, CI/CD, metrics, automation
