ABOUT FIRST CRYPTO EXCHANGE LLC

First Crypto is a VARA-licensed OTC broker-dealer in Dubai serving individuals and institutions. We are building our own platform for digital assets and fiat payments: OTC desk, web client and mobile app.

JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for AI-first full-stack engineers. Here, the AI agent writes the code; the engineer frames the task, steers the agent, rejects plausible but wrong output and owns the change all the way to production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, maintain, and improve web applications and backend services for FCE's OTC platform and related products.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and implement business logic on the backend.
• Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and integrations with external services.
• Work with databases, data models, and application architecture to ensure performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Own features end to end: UI, backend, database, external integrations, tests, release behind a feature flag, and checking it works in production.
• Turn a product request into a short solution note and plan, reviewed by a colleague before the agent starts.
• Review colleagues' and agents' changes, an equal part of the job.
• Write tests with every change, without exception on paths that move money or change permissions.
• Investigate your own feature if it breaks in production.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
• Contribute to technical documentation and follow established development standards.
• Work with payment, financial, and digital asset-related functionality where required.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Mid-level or senior-level
• Experience with systems where a mistake means a money or data incident: banking, payments, brokerage, custody, fintech. Crypto experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Our stack: TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js/React, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes on AWS. It is not a filter: strong full-stack engineers with Go, Python, Java/Kotlin, PHP or C# on the backend and a modern frontend are welcome.
• Daily hands-on work with coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor in agent mode). Be ready to walk us through your last task from brief to merge, including where the agent got it wrong.
• Writes clearly: solution notes, plans and review comments are understood on first read.
• Russian: fluent or native, required.
• English: confident working level.
• All interview stages are on live video with camera on; identity and background checks are standard for this role.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, application security, and secure coding practices.

Our development team is turning a whole company into a system that improves itself. Every repeated task a colleague does is a candidate for software, and that software is built and checked by AI agents we set up ourselves. You don't inherit someone else's backlog: you decide what gets built and how, you talk directly to the people who use it, and you report to the owner who decides.

The role
You take a request from a business user and carry it until it works for them. Which tools, which design, which order: that is your call. You build with AI coding agents as your main way of producing code, check the result, hand it to the users and stay with it until it works in their hands. You plan your own day.

• First: web applications that turn engineering data into documents for clients and apartment buyers. You do not need Hebrew; a product manager covers the domain.
• Alongside: the developer tooling our team uses every day.
• Later: new applications for other departments, starting with business automation. The role grows with you, from building apps with AI agents to designing how our company builds software with them.

How we work

• You write the plan before the agent writes code: what the user gets, the first piece that ships within days, and what waits.
• You check what the agent built, not just whether tests pass. An agent once wrote our business terms straight into the code; it looked clean and cost 3 developer-days to redo.
• When you don't know how long something takes, you build a small test first, then give a date.
• You decide without waiting for approval and say how you'll know you were wrong.
• Bugs in new work are normal. Tell us about one the day you find it.

What you need to bring

• A strong backend, frontend or full-stack background. Any language or stack.
• Fluent spoken and written English. Hebrew is not needed.
• At least one product you shipped on your own, from a user's request to real users.
• Daily work with AI coding agents as your main way of producing code.

Who you are
These are Midved's five company values, written as what they look like day to day.

• Resilience and self-awareness. You keep ego out of the work, take feedback as a tool to grow, and stay calm under load.
• Trust and autonomy. You own a task from end to end. If something slips, you say so early, before anyone asks.
• Professionalism. You keep learning and master your tools. You understand why each part of the work exists, and everything you ship carries your quality signature.
• Productivity and effectiveness. You define the result, break it into steps and decide what not to do now. You measure yourself in tasks closed, not hours worked.
• Force multiplier. The team's success is your success. You share what you know and help others get better.

This role is not for you if

• You want detailed tickets and someone to review every line you ship.
• You write code mostly by hand, or use AI only for autocomplete.
• You can't recall a time an AI agent gave you something wrong that looked right.
• You measure your week in hours, not in things that work for users.

How to apply — we read applications that include items 1 to 3

1. A link we can check: a live product, a public repository or a demo of something you shipped on your own, plus one sentence on a decision you made in it and why. Under NDA? Say so, and you'll walk us through it on screen in the call.
2. Your monthly salary expectation in USD.
3. Two or three sentences: the last time an AI agent gave you something wrong that looked right, and how you caught it.
   Optional, and we watch these first: a 5-minute screen recording of you working with your AI agent on a real task. Unedited is fine.

How we hire
Your application (we answer within 2 working days) → a 45-minute call in English with our Head of Development, including a screen share → a paid test day ($170): you plan a real change to one of our systems, then defend the plan live → a conversation with our CEO → references. From application to offer in about 3 weeks.

Terms
Full-time, remote from Ukraine, at least 4 working hours a day overlapping Israel. Contract as a Ukrainian contractor (FOP) invoicing Midved monthly. Start within 4 weeks of the offer. Probation: 90 days.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a UK-based digital healthcare company that combines digital tools with clinical expertise to deliver medical and wellbeing services through its online platform.

This role is backend-weighted: you will build ASP.Net Core services that power patient-facing products, and also work on the React frontend that consumes them.

What you'll do

• Design and build ASP.Net Core Web APIs and the data layer behind them (Entity Framework Core, SQL Server);
• Implement background processing: queues, scheduled jobs, and event-driven messaging;
• Build and maintain frontend features in React and TypeScript;
• Work with Azure services across the stack: App Service, Storage Queues, Event Grid, SignalR;
• Cover your work with tests on both sides: xUnit and Moq on the backend, Vitest or Jest and Playwright on the frontend;
• Take part in code review, architectural decisions, and CI/CD improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial development experience;
• Strong C# and .NET: ASp.Net Core Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server;
• Solid experience designing REST APIs;
• Practical experience with background processing: queues, scheduled jobs, event-driven messaging;
• Strong React and TypeScript: hooks, React Query or similar, component libraries such as MUI;
• Hands-on experience with Azure (App Service, Storage Queues, Event Grid, SignalR);
• Git, Docker, and CI/CD (GitLab);
• Testing: xUnit and Moq, Vitest or Jest, Playwright;
• Good spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Node.js and NestJS;
• MongoDB, Redis;
• Nx monorepo, Redux Toolkit;
• Terraform;
• Datadog or similar observability tooling.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Platform Developer to join our Engineering team, focusing on database architecture, data transformation, workflow automation, and AI integration. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining the data infrastructure and automated systems that power our internal and client-facing products. • Node.js Backend: 5+ years of professional experience building scalable backend services, with strong command of asynchronous programming, data pipelines, and complex business logic.
• Database Architecture: Strong working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL), including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and data modeling for high-volume transformations.
• Data Transformation: Experience designing and maintaining ETL or data transformation pipelines — cleaning, normalizing, and routing data across systems.
• Automation Expertise: 1+ years of hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n (preferred), Make.com, or Zapier, including writing custom code nodes and managing multi-step workflows.
• AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API, Gemini, Claude) into backend workflows, including prompt engineering, structured output handling, and building AI-augmented pipelines.
• API Integration: Solid command of integrating third-party REST/GraphQL APIs, handling authentication (OAuth2, API Keys), and managing rate limits and error recovery.

• Advanced AI Workflows: Familiarity with LangChain, vector databases (RAG), or multi-agent orchestration patterns.
• Frontend Exposure: Working knowledge of React or Next.js to build lightweight internal dashboards or tooling interfaces.
• Technical SEO: Understanding of SEO data metrics (Volume, KD, CPC) and content performance signals — useful for engineering logic behind data-driven content systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Database Architecture: Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL schemas to support data transformation workflows, session management, and reporting needs.
• Data Transformation: Build reliable pipelines that ingest, clean, transform, and route data between internal systems and third-party APIs.
• Automation Development: Build and maintain automation workflows in n8n and Node.js — including custom logic nodes, error handling, and retry strategies.
• AI Integration: Implement LLM-powered features into backend pipelines, including prompt design, structured JSON output parsing, and model orchestration.
• API Ecosystem Management: Integrate and maintain connections with tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Google Analytics, and other data sources and destinations.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer who combines strong hands-on engineering, enterprise infrastructure expertise, and executive presence.

You will work directly with US-based mid-market and enterprise clients, understand complex business problems, design the technical solution, build and deploy it, integrate it into existing enterprise environments, and remain the trusted technical point of contact.

This is not a ticket-based engineering role. You will own the full journey:

Business Problem → Architecture → Build → Integration → Deployment → Client Outcome

What You'll Do

• Own client projects end-to-end with minimal handholding
• Turn ambiguous business problems into technical solutions
• Design and build production AI agents, applications, automations, integrations, and data pipelines
• Work with complex enterprise infrastructure, ERP systems, data warehouses, APIs, and cloud environments
• Make architecture and infrastructure decisions independently
• Use AI coding tools to build and ship quickly
• Work directly with client IT teams and senior stakeholders
• Lead client meetings and clearly explain technical decisions, progress, risks, and next steps

What We're Looking For

Strong Engineering & Architecture

• Approximately 7–12+ years of software engineering experience; flexible for exceptional candidates
• Strong hands-on development experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and Python
• Experience with technologies such as Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, and APIs
• Ability to independently design system architecture and ship production software
• Former CTOs, Tech Leads, architects, founders, and consultants are welcome if they are still hands-on

Enterprise Infrastructure

Strong enterprise infrastructure experience is a key requirement.

You should have experience with:

• AWS, Azure and/or GCP
• ERP systems and enterprise integrations
• Data warehouses and data pipelines
• Microsoft/enterprise environments
• Authentication, security, and APIs
• Complex or legacy enterprise systems

You should be able to confidently discuss architecture and infrastructure with a client's IT team. This was explicitly highlighted by the hiring manager as increasingly important.

AI-Native Engineering

You should already use tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar agentic coding tools as part of your normal development workflow.

Production experience with several of the following is expected:

LLM APIs · AI Agents · RAG · Vector Databases · MCP · Agent Frameworks · AI Automations

We care especially about how you work with AI—context, documentation, agents/sub-agents, code review, testing, and QA.

Executive Presence

This is a highly client-facing position.

You must have:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong confidence and executive presence
• Experience communicating with senior client stakeholders
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in business language
• Confidence leading meetings with executives, operations teams, and enterprise IT
• Ability to become a trusted technical advisor rather than relying on someone else to manage the client relationship

The client specifically wants engineers who can independently represent the technical work in senior stakeholder meetings.

You're a Strong Fit If

You are a hands-on senior engineer who thinks like an architect, operates like an owner, and communicates like a consultant.

You don't wait for detailed specifications. You can understand the business problem, decide what should be built, build it, integrate it into a complex enterprise environment, and confidently present the result to the client.

About the Product

We build a marketing data platform for the pharma industry. Our clients are pharmaceutical brands, and the campaigns reach verified healthcare professionals.

The platform enables marketing teams to run campaigns across channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising, and to measure campaign performance. The core product is a Laravel + Vue application running on GCP, backed by PostgreSQL and analytical data platforms including ClickHouse and BigQuery.

The team is small, fully remote across EU time zones, and releases continuously.

We are looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to lead the engineering team behind a large-scale web platform used by pharma marketing teams to run and measure their campaigns.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will lead a small team of developers and a QA engineer while continuing to write code yourself. You will shape how features are built, translate product requirements into clear technical specifications, make architectural decisions, and take ownership from development through release and production.

You will work closely with the Product Lead, who owns the product vision and priorities, and report directly to the CTO. Together, you will shape not only the technology behind the platform, but also its user experience and evolution.

What we're looking for

General

• Product mindset: able to turn business goals into concrete user flows and product decisions, while challenging requirements that do not create real user value
• 2+ years of technical leadership: experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or hands-on Engineering Manager, including task breakdown, code reviews, mentoring, and 1:1s
• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience: building, shipping, and maintaining production web products
• Production ownership: comfortable owning releases, incidents, reliability, and data correctness
• Remote collaboration: comfortable working in a fully remote environment with overlap across EU time zones
• English B2+: confident in written communication, as most day-to-day communication is asynchronous

Technical

• UI/UX mindset: able to review existing user flows, identify friction, and implement meaningful improvements without depending on a designer for every change
• Strong Laravel: hands-on experience with Eloquent, queues, events, service providers, testing, and production Laravel applications
• Vue.js: experience with either Vue 2 or Vue 3. The existing SPA is based on Vue 2.7, Options API, Vuex, and Vue Router, so the ability to work effectively within an existing codebase is more important than framework preference
• PostgreSQL: beyond CRUD — indexing, query optimization, execution plans, and migrations against live production tables
• Strong SQL + analytical databases: practical experience with ClickHouse, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar technologies
• Large-scale data: comfortable working with datasets containing hundreds of millions or billions of rows and understanding the performance implications
• Technical documentation: able to write and maintain FRDs, architecture decisions, API contracts, and data models
• GCP: experience designing and operating services using Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, GCS, or similar
• Docker & CI/CD: hands-on experience with Docker and CI pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions
• Automated testing: experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing and a mindset of improving test coverage over time
• Production debugging & observability: comfortable working with Sentry, application logs, infrastructure logs, monitoring, and incident investigation

Soft Skills

• Thinks in user flows, not just tickets — understands who the user is, what they are trying to achieve, and what should happen next
• Leads by doing: breaks down work, reviews code, mentors engineers, removes blockers, and makes difficult technical calls when necessary
• Strong written communication: can clearly document requirements, architecture decisions, and technical reasoning in English
• Analytical mindset: investigates root causes rather than treating symptoms
• Strong task and risk management: keeps work transparent, identifies dependencies, and raises risks early
• Responsible approach to healthcare data: understands the importance of access control, consent, privacy, and PII

AI & Engineering Automation

AI-assisted development is an integral part of the engineering workflow. We are looking for someone who actively uses AI coding agents rather than treating them as occasional productivity tools.

We expect you to:

• Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools on a daily basis
• Be comfortable having AI draft a significant portion of production code while personally reviewing and validating the output
• Run multiple AI agents in parallel using isolated branches or worktrees
• Maintain project-specific AI context using tools such as CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, custom commands, and rules
• Build AI-powered automations for recurring engineering tasks such as reporting, migrations, release checks, or test generation
• Understand when AI-generated output is incorrect, incomplete, or unsafe — and know when to reject it
• Take full ownership of anything that reaches production, regardless of whether it was written by you or an AI agent

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems or component libraries
• Experience with Figma or similar tools for designing and communicating user flows
• Experience defining product requirements directly with a Product Manager, founder, or business stakeholder
• Background in AdTech, MarTech, or marketing analytics
• Experience with healthcare or pharma products, particularly consent and PII handling
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Pulumi or Terraform
• Experience migrating Vue 2 to Vue 3
• TypeScript experience
• Apache Druid
• BigQuery or ClickHouse performance and cost optimization

Responsibilities

• Own the platform experience: make day-to-day UX and user-flow decisions and proactively identify improvements
• Partner with Product: contribute to what gets built, challenge assumptions, propose alternatives, and advocate for the user
• Lead a small engineering team: 2–4 developers plus QA, including task planning, code review, mentoring, and participation in hiring
• Stay hands-on: design and implement features yourself while distributing work across the team
• Own technical design: define data models, APIs, UI flows, testing strategy, and rollout plans
• Write and maintain FRDs and keep technical documentation up to date
• Work directly with the Product Lead on weekly priorities and delivery planning
• Work with large-scale campaign data across PostgreSQL, BigQuery, ClickHouse, and Druid
• Own releases and reliability: deployments, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and production support
• Improve observability and engineering quality across the platform
• Maintain and improve CI/CD and automated testing
• Work responsibly with healthcare-professional data, including access, consent, and PII requirements
• Report directly to the CTO and help define architecture and engineering standards

Tech Stack

Backend: PHP 8.3, Laravel 12, Redis
Frontend: Vue 2.7, Vuex, Vite
Databases: PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, BigQuery, Apache Druid
Cloud & Infrastructure: GCP, Docker, GitHub Actions
Monitoring: Sentry
Testing: PHPUnit, Cypress
AI: Claude Code and other AI coding agents

What We Offer

• Real ownership of a major product area, including its technical direction and user experience
• Fully remote work with flexible hours and overlap with EU time zones
