What will you do:

• Own group-wide SMM strategy across Headway, Nibble, Skillsta, and new launches, aligned with positioning, GTM, and business goals.

About the Role

We manage paid media for a portfolio of DTC brands across fashion, beauty, and wellness — all selling into the US market. We're looking for a performance media buyer who owns campaigns end-to-end: strategy, creative briefing, execution, optimization, and direct client communication.

We are an outsourcing company partnering with fintech and crypto businesses. Social Media Marketing Manager role is a part of a client project specializing in the cryptocurrency area. You’ll join a Marketing department team, which consists of 8\10 people.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop social media usage concepts for various project products in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Competitor & Market Research: Analyze competitors and market trends (cryptocurrency, blockchain, finance, IT), adapting successful strategies and updating social media plans;
Content Planning & Creation: Develop content plans for primary and secondary platforms. Create, edit, and manage content (text, visuals, video);
Content Guidelines & Training: Create content guidelines for copywriters and designers. Ensure content quality;
Community Management: Engage with followers, moderate discussions, and handle comments and reviews;
Event Management: Organize and run social media events (giveaways, AMA sessions, etc.) to drive engagement;
Collaborations: Identify and work with relevant communities, bloggers, and KOLs on joint projects;
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Prepare reports on SMM activities and optimize strategies based on analytics.

Requirements:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience as SMM. Proven track record with Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, and LinkedIn; 
Domain: +1 years in blockchain or cryptocurrency products;
Expertise: Experience in developing social media strategies for various product lines (B2B, B2C), adapting tone of voice to different goals and audiences, as well as experience in localizing and tailoring the overall marketing strategy to each social platform.
Community management engagement: Proven skills in building and maintaining engaged social media communities.
Technical skills: Proficiency with graphic editors (Figma, Canva, etc.). Experience with social media;
Languages: English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
Soft skills: ability to multitask effectively, making swift and responsible decisions.

Nice to have:
Social Media Channels: Experience with social platforms such as Discord, YouTube, Binance Square, CMC Community, and other Web3-oriented networks;
Technical skills: Basic skills in video editing or motion design.

The Role
As a Paid Social Media Buyer at Evestar, you will be the catalyst for the growth of your clients' businesses. You'll manage paid social campaigns across a portfolio of e-commerce accounts, primarily on Meta with exposure to TikTok, and serve as the primary point of contact from strategy through reporting. You show up every week as the most prepared person in the room.
This role is as much about people as it is about performance. You will be on weekly calls with clients, presenting results, walking through strategy, and earning trust through clear communication and confident delivery. You will not just execute tasks handed down from above. You will build strategy, own outcomes, and act as a true performance partner to every brand on your roster.

What You'll Do
Campaign Management
- Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, with secondary exposure to TikTok Ads

- Manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign structure across 4-8 e-commerce accounts

- Run structured creative testing frameworks to identify winning ad concepts and iterate quickly

- Monitor performance daily and make proactive optimizations to improve ROAS, NC-ROAS, and MER against client targets

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary client contact for your pod, leading weekly performance calls with confidence and clarity

- Own the presentation from start to finish, walking clients through results, trends, and next steps without needing hand-holding

- Build trust-based relationships where clients see you as a strategic partner, not just a vendor

- Communicate performance in plain language that resonates with business owners and marketing leads alike

- Keep clients engaged and confident even when results are challenging, through honest context and a clear action plan

Strategy and Reporting
- Develop monthly and quarterly paid social strategies aligned to each client's revenue goals

- Build and maintain reporting using TripleWhale, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sheets

- Contribute to creative briefing by identifying high-performing hooks, formats, and messaging angles

- Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats relevant to e-commerce

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with creative teams to brief, review, and iterate on ad content

- Coordinate with email/retention and Google Ads team members to ensure cohesive full-funnel strategy

- Contribute to internal performance reviews and agency knowledge-sharing

What We're Looking For
Required
- 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience managing e-commerce Facebook/Meta Ads (not just lead gen or boosted posts), with at least one account at $100k+/month in spend

- Proven track record scaling direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses through Meta ads at an agency or in-house

- Outstanding client communication skills - you are comfortable leading calls solo, presenting to business owners, and holding the room

- A natural presenter who can take a week of campaign data and turn it into a crisp, confident narrative that clients actually look forward to hearing

- Outgoing, energetic, and relationship-driven - you get energy from people, not just dashboards

- High emotional intelligence - you know how to read a room, deliver hard news with grace, and build trust over time

- A unique combination of humility (willing to do the dirty work) and ambition (a clear vision for where you are headed)

- Deep understanding of Meta campaign structure, auction dynamics, pixel/CAPI tracking, and creative performance

- Familiarity with key e-commerce metrics: ROAS, NC-ROAS, MER, CAC, and LTV

Nice to Have
