At a high-level, the product we are working on is a service for ticket brokers that collects terabytes of information from the internet and processes it. Later on this data is processed and presented to clients so they can make a decision on which tickets to buy.

From the technical perspective this product is both interesting and challenging. It is very far from being a simple CRUD application. It is rather a set of different systems that are aimed at retrieving terabytes of data from the internet and process it efficiently and reliably.

• To fulfill our business automation needs we run about 80~ chrome browsers 24/7
• We have constant load on the system of roughly 20-40 requests/second. Sometimes there are spikes that we need to tackle and stay resilient and responsive. Responsibilities

1. Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate networks and direct advertisers in the Dating vertical
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners
• Act as the main point of contact for ongoing communication and deal negotiations
2. Offer Sourcing & Evaluation
• Source high-converting Dating offers (SOI, DOI, CPL, RevShare)
• Evaluate offers based on GEO, payout, funnel, and conversion rates
• Analyze partner reliability, payment terms, and scalability potential
3. Negotiation & Commercial Strategy
• Negotiate payouts, caps, and exclusive deals
• Structure deals of cooperation (CPA / Hybrid / RevShare)
• Optimize margins and ensure profitability of campaigns
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
• Monitor trends in Dating vertical (mainstream / adult / casual)
• Analyze competitor activity and identify new opportunities
• Stay updated on traffic sources, creatives, and funnel strategies
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams
• Work closely with PPC / Media Buying team to align on traffic requirements
• Provide partners with necessary campaign data and feedback
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Track performance of partners and offers
• Prepare regular reports and insights for management

What You’ll Be Doing (Affiliate Manager – Global Markets)

• Developing and scaling the affiliate channel across multiple GEOs.
• Sourcing and onboarding new partners (affiliates, teams, influencers).
• Managing and growing existing affiliate relationships.
• Building long-term, high-performing partnerships.
• Analyzing and optimizing traffic (CR, FTD, ROI, etc.).
• Testing new traffic sources and growth hypotheses.
• Collaborating with marketing and product teams.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Preparing reports and driving growth initiatives.
