Ми розширюємо команду продажу хмарних рішень та шукаємо Microsoft solutions sale, спеціаліста/ -ку, який/ -ка хоче розвиватися у сфері B2B-продажів, сучасних ІТ-рішень та працювати з найбільшими українськими компаніями.

Що ви будете робити?

• Формувати власну клієнтську базу по напрямкам Microsoft, Data-Center solutions, Cybersec, працюючи над цим з різними командами в середині організації
• Брати участь у проєктах з продажу хмарних рішено для корпоративних клієнтів
• Спільно з командою працювати над розвитком нових клієнтів та розширенням співпраці з існуючими
• Аналізувати потреби бізнесу та допомагати підбирати оптимальні рішення Microsoft, Fortinet чи власної хмари
• Готувати комерційні пропозиції, презентації та матеріали для зустрічей із клієнтами
• Брати участь у переговорах та проводити презентації для B2B клієнтів
• Підтримувати та актуалізувати інформацію щодо клієнтів і можливостей продажу в CRM
• Аналізувати ринок, конкурентне середовище та тенденції розвитку хмарних технологій
• Взаємодіяти з технічними експертами, маркетингом, фінансовими та юридичними командами для реалізації проєктів
• Брати участь в бізнес-заходах, конференціях, івентах, вебінарах тощо
• Постійно розвивати власну експертизу щодо продуктів Microsoft та сучасних хмарних технологій, здавати профільні екзамени

Ви — наш метч, якщо...

• Маєте вищу або незакінчену вищу освіту за напрямами ІТ, телекомунікацій, економіки, менеджменту, маркетингу або суміжних спеціальностей
• Маєте досвід роботи у продажах хмарних або кібербезпекових рішень
• Розумієте принципи роботи хмарних технологій та продуктів Microsoft 365, Azure, Security або Copilot
• Володієте сильними комунікаційними навичками та легко знаходите спільну мову з різними людьми
• Маєте аналітичне мислення та швидко опановуєте нові знання
• Виявляєте ініціативність, відповідальність та орієнтацію на результат
• Володієте англійською мовою на рівні Intermediate або вище

Who we’re looking for

We’re much more interested in how you think than in your exact title or years of experience.

You might come from RevOps, Sales Ops, Lead Generation, Growth, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or another adjacent field.

You’ll work directly with leadership to help build the systems, processes, automations, and outbound motions behind that vision.

Your background:

• Cold outreach via email and LinkedIn, both manually and with the help of messaging automation tools.
• Inbound marketing background using the LinkedIn Ads platform, Google Ads, etc.
• Tools integration via direct connectors, APIs, and automation engines.
• Using and building AI agents for process management, handling tasks, and writing messages.

• Architectural experience in building systems more complex than a sequencer.

   

Your skills:

• Good command of English.
• Great understanding of business processes and the value revenue operations bring to the business and its customers.
• Great copywriting skills, both with and without AI assistance.
• Strong self-management skills and a high level of ownership.
• Confidence working with data, testing hypotheses, and measuring outcomes.

• Curiosity about AI, automation, and new technologies, with a willingness to experiment and learn.

   

Your goal:

• Manage daily outbound and revenue operations workflows.
• Automate repetitive processes and maintain existing automations.
• Build reporting that clearly shows pipeline activity and results.
• Keep CRM and data systems accurate and up to date.
• Nurture target accounts through relevant and timely communication.
• Build a scalable and measurable ABM process.

• Increase the volume of qualified conversations with target customers.

   

Your basic working cycle:

• Act as a lead generation specialist handling daily routines (with automation in mind).
• Define routine areas that can be automated and identify automation tasks.
• Oversee automation development and test solutions after delivery.
• Maintain automations.
• Employ automation as part of the daily routine and move on to the next stage.

We don’t expect you to have all the answers on day one.

We do expect you to be excited about figuring them out.

Experience with tools such as Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Smartlead, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar platforms is a strong plus.

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and take charge of the first – and one of the most important stages of our sales cycle: finding potential clients, uncovering their needs, and booking demo meetings for the sales team.

At Reteno, you'll be reaching out to subscription app companies and connecting with the people who decide how those apps engage and retain their users. We're looking for someone with a sales mindset, strong communication skills, and a knack for finding the right approach to clients through email, LinkedIn, messengers, and other channels.

Key responsibilities:

• Working on lead sourcing and generation: identify mobile app companies that fit our ideal client profile and build a steady pipeline of new opportunities.
• Contact research: find decision-makers and their contact details – emails, LinkedIn profiles, and other available data.
• Lead qualification: review companies' websites and apps against defined criteria, and use internal databases to spot high-potential accounts.
• Multichannel outreach: run outreach via email, LinkedIn, and messengers, writing messages that actually get replies.
• First contact and qualification: open conversations with founders, growth leads, CRM/retention managers, and other decision-makers; understand their business, needs, and whether Reteno is a fit.
• Objection handling: work through the usual pushback – "not interested," "no time," "we already have a platform," "just send me info," and so on.
• Booking demos: schedule qualified demo meetings for the sales team and keep prospects warm until the call takes place.
• Post-event follow-up: stay in touch with contacts met at conferences and industry events to keep the conversation going.
• CRM management: log all activity in the CRM – statuses, comments, follow-ups, and next steps.
• Hitting targets: meet monthly goals for the number of qualified demo meetings.

• Reporting: regularly report on results – contacts reached, replies, demos booked, and demos held.

   

Skills and experience:

• Experience: 1-3 years of proven success in lead generation, sales, or business development.
• Process understanding: solid grasp of the B2B sales process and the main lead acquisition channels.
• CRM proficiency: confident using CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive, Hubspot) to manage leads and workflows.
• Multichannel outreach: hands-on experience reaching clients via email, LinkedIn, and messengers.
• Writing skills: able to craft clear, compelling outreach messages for LinkedIn and email.
• Language skills: English at B2 or above (must).
• Analytical mindset: structured thinking, quick decision-making, and adaptability.
• Communication skills: excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Experience selling SaaS / martech, or working with mobile app or subscription businesses.
• Openness to traveling to industry events and conferences abroad.

• Hands-on with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) for lead research, personalization, and drafting outreach.
