Job Summary

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and implement software solutions using the company’s technology stack, following industry best practices like SOLID, DRY, KISS, IoC, design patterns, etc.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain applications using Python, with a focus on AWS integration, such as Lambdas, GlueJobs, and StepFunctions.
• Implement ETL processes using AWS to process and transform large datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.

Position Overview: 

As a Senior Python Backend Engineer at The Good Face Project, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust backend services that power our cloud-based SaaS products. You will play a key role in developing scalable APIs, optimizing database systems, and enhancing system performance while collaborating cross-functionally with product, data, and infrastructure teams. ● Design and implement scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI preferred)

● Ensure system scalability, availability, and high performance
