The Junior Project Coordinator supports the delivery of client projects across Group107's international IT portfolio. You will work alongside Project Managers, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to keep projects organized, timelines transparent, and communication flowing. Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in day-to-day coordination of ongoing projects (scheduling, tracking, documentation).

 You will work with international companies, identify potential clients, initiate communication, and create new business opportunities for the sales team, directly contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

• 1+ years of experience in IT sales / lead generation / SDR role

• Build and maintain web applications using Python, Django, and FastAPI - production code that's clean, testable, and built to last.

What we are looking for:

• Proven Python experience - real projects you've shipped, not just learned.
• Strong command of Django or FastAPI (ideally both).

• Comfortable working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB).
• English communication skills - B1 level.
• Ability to solve problems independently, write clear code, and communicate well with teammates.
• Takes responsibility for their work and doesn't need constant oversight.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI prompting.
• Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph.
