- 0.5+ year of experience working on dating/sweepstakes projects.
- Deep understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV). Basic knowledge of Lead Generation, SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing.
- Strong awareness of the market, key advertisers, and major affiliate programs.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with advertisers.
- Exceptional self-management skills with a structured and systematic approach to work.
- A growth mindset, ambition, and a constant drive for improvement.
- Upper-intermediate English (both written and spoken).
Responsibility:
- Advertiser relationship management: build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing advertisers, finding new partners, ensuring long-term cooperation.
- Communication & Support: Provide ongoing support, professional guidance, and feedback to advertisers.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns, including conversion points of creative materials.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and analyze new opportunities for business growth.
- Offer & Partner Acquisition (as needed): Search for new partners or offers upon request.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed personal commercial KPIs.
