    YOUR IMPACT:

    ✏️ Content Creation & Research

    • Stay up-to-date with Instagram trends, best practices, and algorithm updates.
    • Have a strong sense of visual style, composition, and design balance.
    • Understand the target audience and craft personal, resonant copy that speaks to their needs and pain points.
    • Create top-tier, on-trend visuals for Instagram carousels, stories, and Reels.
    • Work with content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.

     

    💻 Video Editing

    • Produce high-quality, engaging Reels that stop the scroll.
    • Use creative storytelling and trending formats to hook viewers.
    • Add music, text overlays, and effects to boost visual impact.
       

    📸 Basic Photo Retouching

    • Perform basic image edits (brightness, contrast, color correction, cropping).
       

    ABOUT YOU:

    • Have 6+ months of experience in SMM.
    • Skilled in editing social media videos and retouching photos.
    • Ability to use Figma confidently.
    • Have strong writing skills and fluent English (B1+).
    • Are self-driven, organized, and manage multiple tasks with ease.
    • Thrive under deadlines and love seeing results.
