    • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT

    • Hands-on experience with BA tools and frameworks

    • Experience with various types of diagrams:
    • Process and behavior diagrams – BPMN, user flow, activity diagrams

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize business and technical requirements

    • Visualize processes through diagrams (user flows, BPMN, Activity/Sequence diagrams)
    • Participate in discovery phases, brainstorming, and solution design
    • Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, and Developers to ensure clear understanding and alignment
    • Conduct backlog grooming, support sprint planning, and participate in retrospectives
    • Use tools like Jira and Confluence to manage requirements and project assets

    Key Tasks:

    • Search for payment systems
    • Validate the functionality of payment solutions
    • Research insights on operating in the Mexican region
    • Build a network among experts who are already successfully working in Mexico

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify top payment systems
    • Negotiate and coordinate offers
    • Oversee the flow of business negotiations between the PSP team and contractors

     

    Experience and Skills Required:

    • 2+ years of experience working in the Mexican market
    • Proven experience with PSPs is mandatory
    • Background in iGaming/Betting
    • B2C experience
    • Participation in exhibitions; knowledge of the main payment solutions for the Mexican market
    • Strong understanding of compliance processes
    • Awareness of the specifics of the Mexican market and products that perform well there
    • Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships
    • Solid understanding of B2C brand operations
    • Experience in marketing, PSP, or CRM is a plus
