As a Senior Mobile App Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Mobile App Product Manager to join our client’s team. You will take ownership of key mobile app initiatives, driving product strategy, execution, and optimization across iOS and Android platforms. This role requires a strong mix of product thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the mobile app product roadmap aligned with business and user goals
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features
• Use data, user research, and experimentation (A/B testing) to inform decisions and optimize performance
• Identify opportunities to improve user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion within the app
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics, ensuring continuous improvement
• Ensure a high-quality, consistent experience across iOS and Android platforms
• Manage stakeholders across multiple teams and communicate progress clearly

• Work with agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery execution

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on mobile apps (iOS & Android)
• Strong experience in marketplaces or e-commerce, classifieds, or the automotive industry
• Experience in building high-value user engagement 
• Proven track record of delivering consumer-facing mobile products at scale
• Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles and platform-specific best practices
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Firebase, Mixpanel) and experimentation frameworks
• Ability to translate business goals into clear product strategies and roadmaps
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)

• Fluency in English (B2 - C1 level)

Requirements

— 5+ years of experience as Data Analyst / Quant Analyst / Data Engineer / Risk Analyst, including 2+ years in a Lead/Senior role with direct management of a team of 3+
— Strong production-level Python (pandas, numpy, pyarrow, SQLAlchemy, asyncio)
— Expert SQL: window functions, query optimisation, hands-on with columnar databases (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery)
— Experience building and operating ETL/ELT pipelines (Airflow, dbt, Prefect) in both batch and real-time (Kafka, Flink, Redpanda)
— Hands-on with BI tools: Tableau, Grafana, Superset — building dashboards for trading and risk metrics
— Solid understanding of trading fundamentals: PnL attribution, margin requirements, VaR, risk models, funding rates, basis
— Experience with large volumes of market data (millions of rows, low-latency, tick data)
— Team-building experience: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance reviews, goal setting
— Prior experience in crypto / fintech / proprietary trading is mandatory

Responsibilities

— Lead the Data Analysts / Data Engineers team (3–5 people): hiring, onboarding, mentoring, growth, performance reviews
— Build and maintain analytics for PnL, risk, positions and execution metrics for Trading and Liquidity Desks
— Architect and evolve the data platform: from ingestion (exchange APIs, market data streams, on-chain) to visualization
— Develop and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines (batch and real-time)
— Build and evolve BI dashboards (Tableau, Grafana) tailored to traders, risk managers and operations
— Maintain alerting and monitoring for deviations in key metrics (PnL, exposure, latency, data freshness)
— Work with internal databases, exchange APIs, market data streams and on-chain sources
— Partner closely with risk, trading, engineering and operations teams — translating business requests into analytical tasks
— Establish team processes: data quality, code review, documentation, on-call
— Roadmap planning, prioritisation, and regular reporting to stakeholders and Liquidity Department leadership

Role Purpose

Responsible for Level 3 technical support and escalation handling for Azure, Microsoft 365, network, infrastructure, and security environments. Provides third-line investigation, root cause analysis, resolution of complex incidents, and contributes to the maintenance and development of cloud solutions. On-call and out-of-hours support is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 3 support for Azure and Microsoft 365 via ticketing system and act as escalation point for Service Desk and L2 teams.
• Perform detailed diagnostics, root cause analysis, and resolution of incidents and problems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to external vendors according to established procedures.
• Contribute to building, configuration, automation and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security components.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support standards.
• Monitor system availability, capacity, and performance; carry out planned maintenance tasks.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support as required.
• Comply with all internal processes, security, and EH&S policies.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing and supporting Azure and Microsoft 365 environments at Level 3.
• Strong practical experience with the following:
  • Azure core services (VM, Storage, VNet, Backup, Site Recovery, High Availability)
  • Microsoft 365/Entra ID (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, licensing, hybrid environments)
  • Azure networking and security (NSG, Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, VPN, best practices)
  • Microsoft Intune (policies, Autopilot, device management)
  • Azure Sentinel and Microsoft Defender for Cloud/Endpoint
  • PowerShell scripting and Azure Automation
  • Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Windows Server 2016-2022 and Linux administration

Required Qualifications

• University degree in IT or related field
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Active Microsoft/Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-500, MS-500 or equivalent)
