Fractional CRO
PaperLink (paperlink.online) is a document sharing platform with view analytics. You send a client a document and see who opened it, which pages they read, and how long they spent on each. Plus invoicing, financial tracking, and AI integration with Claude via MCP. No competitor has MCP-based AI integration.
The product is live. We need someone who can sell it and build the revenue foundation for what comes next.
What you'll do
- Bring first paying clients from your existing network or outreach
- Build and own the sales process from scratch
- Define ICP, messaging, and channels that work
- Lay the foundation for a future sales team
Who we're looking for
Someone who has done this before. You've built revenue at an early-stage B2B SaaS. You know how to close, and you know how to build the system around closing.
Ideally you have existing contacts in the target market: freelancers, consultants, law firms, agencies, or SMBs that regularly share documents with clients.
Part-time is fine. You likely work with several projects simultaneously. That's expected.
Compensation
Commission-based with equity participation tied to MRR milestones.
Commission-based on clients you bring. Equity participation as the product grows. Salary kicks in once MRR hits a defined threshold. All terms agreed upfront.
Payments: monthly, method by agreement.
