We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to work in a complex, multi-layer infrastructure environment with a strong focus on automation and AI-driven productivity.

You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure across on-prem environments, while leveraging AI tools to significantly speed up development and integration workflows.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain on-prem infrastructure
Work with multi-layer architecture:
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Python-based)
Adapt infrastructure for new client environments
Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
Perform zero-downtime deployments and migrations
Configure and maintain: monitoring, logging, alerting systems

• Content & PR: Write/oversee high-quality investment guides (UA/EN) and place articles in top media (Minfin, AIN, EU Fintech press).
• Paid Media: Direct strategy for Meta/Google Ads (PPC specialist handles execution).
• Team Leadership: Lead a remote team of 5 (SMM, PPC, Influencer Manager, Editors).

Requirements:

• 5+ years in digital marketing; 1+ years in a leadership/solo-lead role.

• Strong Writing Skills: You can write high-converting copy yourself, not just manage freelancers.
