Senior AI Engineer Enterprise AI Platforms

We're looking for a (Senior) AI Engineer to join an AI-first consultancy and AI-engineering platform that partners with leading European companies and investors. You'll design, build, and optimize the scalable AI platforms, backend services, and engineering tooling behind their enterprise AI solutions. Your work will speed up delivery for client teams and turn GenAI and ML prototypes into reliable production systems.

What you'll do

• Build and deploy GenAI and ML solutions into production for enterprise clients
• Own backend services and deployment pipelines for AI platforms
• Scale and manage AI/ML services with Docker and Kubernetes
• Create reusable frameworks, components, and APIs that speed up implementation for other teams
• Work with LLMs, vector databases, and MLOps practices

What you bring

• 5 years of professional experience in AI engineering or software development
• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong Python skills
• Hands-on experience with ML/GenAI tooling (PyTorch, LangChain, or vector databases)
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Professional fluency in English

Nice to have

• German or another local language
• Experience building reusable AI frameworks or APIs for enterprise implementations
