Client Delivery Manager

About the role
 

We are looking for an experienced Client Delivery Manager to oversee client engagements, ensure successful project delivery, and build strong long-term relationships with clients.

This role combines client relationship management, delivery leadership, and team coordination. You will work closely with clients and internal engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively, meet business expectations, and create long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of software development projects.
• Coordinate distributed engineering teams and ensure effective collaboration.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery expectations.
• Monitor delivery performance and proactively address issues.
• Lead client meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication.
• Support presales activities, proposals, and engagement planning.
• Manage client expectations across Time & Materials and Fixed Price engagements.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and grow existing accounts.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in IT, preferably in IT services or software development.
• 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams or managing delivery.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing distributed engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with project budgets, risks, and delivery planning.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English.

• Experience with enterprise clients.
• Experience in presales and business development.
• Understanding of T&M and Fixed Price engagement models.
• Experience with AI-powered or SaaS products.
