The Active Diagnostics Tools help social housing residents report repair issues quickly and accurately through an intuitive, guided experience.
Residents are taken through a structured series of filtering questions designed to identify the nature of their problem. Once completed, the system generates a diagnosis and sends the relevant information to the ESP integration layer, which handles the formal logging and processing of the repair.
All modules use Vue.js on the frontend and Laravel on the backend.

About the Role

As a Principal Electronics Design Engineer,  you will act as the technical owner of the electronics domain for one of our key hardware products. What You’ll Do

• Own and manage content across all customer-facing channels.
