Purpose of the role:

You will play a key role in supporting accurate and timely financial reporting by taking ownership of month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and validation of financial data from business partners.

Key responsibilities:

Required Experience:

• Higher education in finance / accounting

Основні задачі

Побудова обліку та запуск компанії

• Розробка та впровадження облікової політики відповідно до МСФЗ та вимог НБУ
• Побудова бухгалтерського та податкового обліку

• Побудова внутрішніх процесів, процедур та контролів, написання необхідних ВНД

Облік кредитного портфеля та розрахунок резервів (МСФЗ 9)

• Контроль ведення обліку кредитного портфеля (тіло кредиту, відсотки, штрафи, комісії) в автоматизованій програмі
• Облік простроченої заборгованості, реструктуризацій та списань
• Розрахунок та відображення резервів за фінансовими активами
• Взаємодія з функцією ризик-менеджменту щодо моделей та припущень
• Контроль коректного відображення знецінення активів у звітності

Звітність

• Формування та подання фінансової, податкової та регуляторної звітності, таксономії
• Підготовка звітності відповідно до вимог НБУ для небанківських фінансових установ
• Підготовка даних для пруденційної звітності та розрахунку нормативів, контроль їх виконання

Податковий облік та планування

• Ведення податкового обліку (податок на прибуток, ПДФО, ВЗ, ЄСВ тощо)
• Податкове планування діяльності компанії
• Аналіз податкових ризиків фінансових продуктів
• Супровід податкових перевірок

Взаємодія та контроль

• Надання даних та пояснень для функцій фінансового моніторингу, комплаєнсу, ризик-менеджменту та внутрішнього аудиту
• Забезпечення коректного бухгалтерського відображення операцій
• Взаємодія з аудиторами, податковими органами та регулятором

About the role

We are looking for a Middle / Strong Middle Full-Stack Developer with a solid understanding of both backend and frontend development.

The company has projects based on .NET as well as JavaScript / TypeScript technologies. The ideal candidate does not need to be equally strong in every technology, but should have solid engineering fundamentals and understand how backend and frontend parts work together.
