Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend and frontend development with a strong focus on Node.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, and related technologies.
• Experience with microservices architectures and monorepo environments will be a plus.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL (AWS RDS), Redis, and backend data management.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services including SQS, S3, Lambda, IAM, EC2, and EKS/ECS.

Now we are looking for a Middle/Senior PPC Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for web projects of our mobile apps

What you’ll do:

• Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Search, Display and pMa. 
• Manage advertising campaigns to drive qualified leads, online sales, and ROAS growth Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-converting search opportunities on market
•  Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and ad creatives to improve CPA and conversion rates
•  Develop and test ad copy, landing pages, and audience strategies through continuous A/B testing
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking using GA 4, GTM and enhanced conversion tracking
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Manage monthly advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation across campaigns and product categories
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features within Google Ads and digital advertising platforms

Your professional qualities:

• 3+ years of experience as PPC/UA Manager
• Experience of working with web funnels for mobile apps
• Proficiency in Google Ads (search/display/pMax), Google Analytics and related tools
• Experience of full cycle managing PPC campaigns: launch, analysis, optimization, scale
• Experience of managing big budgets
• Understanding of the marketing funnel and the main metrics (CTR, IR, CPC, CPA, CR, LTV, ROAS)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
• English level — Intermediate
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision
• Experience of working on multiple projects

Will be a plus:

Responsibilities:
● Ведення бухгалтерського обліку компанії: на загальній системі оподаткування та на ПнВК, ТОВ на єдиному податку (облік доходів/витрат, закриття місяця, підготовка даних для звітності).
● Комунікація з постачальниками з приводу первинних документів.
● Забезпечення дотримання трудового законодавства: ведення кадрових документів (приймання, переведення, звільнення), оформлення наказів та супровід кадрового діловодства.
● Допомога в забезпеченні ведення військового обліку (збір/актуалізація даних, підготовка документів, взаємодія з відповідальними особами/органами в межах повноважень).
● Контроль ПДВ: складання та реєстрація ПН/РК, контроль строків і лімітів, ведення реєстрів.
● Супровід договірної роботи: договори з гіг-спеціалістами, NDA та інші типові угоди (контроль реквізитів, умов і строків, організація підписання).
● Участь у впровадженні та вдосконаленні внутрішніх процесів і політик відділу (регламенти, шаблони, чек-листи, контрольні процедури).
