About the Role
This is not a classic Head of Marketing role.
We are looking for a strong CMO / Growth Leader with a digital marketing background in e-commerce who can take full ownership of marketing strategy, brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue scaling across the US and Canadian markets.
This person will work directly with the founder and become one of the key business drivers of the companyβs next stage of growth.
This role is much closer to:
CMO with digital marketing focus + Growth Lead + Founderβs Right Hand
than to a traditional marketing management position.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to build β not just manage.
Key Responsibilities
β Full ownership of marketing strategy and execution across digital sales channels
β Building and scaling D2C growth strategy
β Building and scaling Amazon marketplace growth strategy
β Leading performance marketing and paid acquisition strategy
β Driving customer acquisition and conversion optimization
β Ownership and improvement of CAC / LTV / ROAS metrics
β Brand positioning and competitive strategy, creating of senses
β Retention, loyalty, and customer lifecycle marketing
β Building transparent marketing systems, analytics, and reporting
β Managing internal marketing teams and/or external agencies
β Aligning business goals with marketing execution
β Providing strategic visibility and reporting to the founder
β Building collaborations with media, journalists, influencers, and industry opinion leaders
β Developing and leading PR strategy to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning
β Preparing the team, brand presence, and marketing activities for exhibitions, expos, and industry events
Requirements
β 3+ years of experience as CMO / Head of Digital Marketing / Growth Lead
β Strong hands-on experience in the US and Canadian markets
β Proven experience scaling e-commerce / D2C brands
β Basic understanding of Amazon marketplace ecosystem
β Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking
β Strong ownership mindset and decision-making ability
β Ability to work independently in uncertainty
β Strong operational discipline and execution focus
β Upper-Intermediate+ English (all meetings and written communication are in English)

β Experience working with international teams
β Understanding of non-standard marketing channels and acquisition tools such as Reddit, Quora, and niche forums

β Experience launching products in online markets across the UK and Germany
