  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM role
  • Experience managing multiple teams in parallel (3+ teams with 3+ specialists in each): iteration planning, prioritization, and execution tracking
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban workflows
  • Ability to decompose complex business requirements into structured tasks and documentation
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience writing:
    • User stories
    • Acceptance criteria
    • Business rules
    • Validation rules
  • Ability to identify missing details and ask clarification questions proactively
  • Experience explaining requirements clearly to development teams
