You are:

A Delivery Manager/Program Manager/Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in a Product company who has:

• Solid experience applying Agile practices, Scrum in particular (certifications would be a plus);
• Proven track record of successfully managing at least 3 projects with cross-functional Teams:

1. Both software and hardware projects under your belt would be a plus.
2. Related certifications are an advantage.

• Experience in managing project documentation (Confluence, Notion, Miro).
• Ability to confidently and effectively use project management tools to formulate/set/manage tasks (i.e. Jira).
• Experience with roadmapping.
• Understanding of Domain Driven Design (or eagerness to learn it).
• Technical background (especially in hardware) that will be considered a preference.

• Prior experience of deploying basic data analysis skills in both planning and post-mortem.

Main Responsibilities

– Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using APIs and Platform Events to support real-time and asynchronous integrations.

– Implement and support multiple integrations with web applications and external CRM systems.

– Design, build, and maintain reusable and configurable Lightning Web Components (LWC) in accordance with Salesforce best practices.

– Collaborate closely with internal team members and clients to support adoption of existing features and development of newly requested functionality.

Mandatory Requirements

– 3+ years of commercial experience;

– Solid experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)

– Practical knowledge of Salesforce Flows and automation tools

– Experience working with Apex and Salesforce backend logic

– Understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns

– Experience with Platform Events and event-driven architecture

– Knowledge of Connected Apps, authentication, and authorization flows

– Hands-on experience with Named Credentials and secure external integrations

– Experience working with Custom Metadata Types

– Familiarity with Jest for testing Lightning Web Components
