Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and backend architecture.
• Deep experience with MongoDB, including schema design and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud environments.
• Proficiency with background jobs, caching, and asynchronous processing.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD workflows.

• Experience with AI development tools (Cursor, Claude, etc.) is highly preferred.
   

  Nice to Have: Experience with legacy Rails applications, React, Redis, or Sidekiq.

  English Level: Good spoken English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes from job briefing to offer stage.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and advise on candidate selection.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
• Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates’ competencies and potential.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment (in-house).
• Experience hiring mid- and senior-level specialists.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English level B1+ or higher.
• Proactive, structured, and result-oriented mindset.
